Absolutely the best dentist for children hands down!!! After failing to be satisfied and content at two previous dental groups, I finally found everything we needed at Pediatric Dental Specialist of Hiram. They tailored my daughter and Is needs to accommodate our special situation and seeing the smile on my 4 year old daughters face each and every time we leave after she has work done is the most satisfying and wonderful experience I could have ever asked for. Going above and beyond to take care of us is hardly describing what we have received from this group of professionals that strive to be the best at what they do. The work done is clearly above par and exceptional as well as the general concern and care provided to us every time we are seen. I do not want to think of what my child and I wouldve gone through not having found this amazing place and its amazing staff. I would recommend them to anyone and I do. thank you for taking such good care of me and my most prized possessions.... my children.

Very sweet staff, clean environment, fun toys and games for kids. My kids age 3&5 were new patients today at this office not to mention it was their first trip to the dentist. As luck would have it I was running behind and ended up being almost 20 mins late for our appt. The girls up front were so sweet when I called to let them know I was running late. They didnt bat an eye when I got there and still had to fill out new patient packets for both kids. I apologised several times for putting them behind but they insisted it was nothing. Thank you for being so understanding and still seeing us even though we were late these days most places will tell you to reschedule and not even think twice. We look forward to visiting again!

This is by far the best dentist weve been to! The entire office has the most colorful and fun murals Ive ever seen. The waiting area is perfect for children with several games to keep them busy while we sign in. The staff from front to back are all smiles, very cheery, kind to the children, and they each do their jobs very well. We have been to other pediatric dentists and they do not even compare in all of these areas!! And worse the other offices rush through cleaning your childs teeth and do not do a good job, but you better believe you still get a bill. This place is not like that at all. Whomever owns and manages this place does a spectacular job! We are thankful to have found you guys! Bless each of you!

Our family is in LOVE with this office! My four year son had experienced a traumatic visit at another dentist office which prompted us to change dentists. And after some research, we decided to switch to Pediatic Dental Specialist of Hiram. I was amazed even after our first visit!! The staff treated him so warmly and explained every process to him in a language he understood. I watched him get his cleaning and he was LAUGHING at the dental tech the entire time! My child who has been deathly afraid of the dentist actually likes going to the dentist now! They were able to treat a cavity with a filling with no sedation just a few days ago! This office has literally changed our lives!

I highly recommended this practice to anyone with children. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces and the lobby area was very kid friendly and clean. My 2 year old had her very first check up and cleaning and all the staff were great with her. The back area was designed with kids in mind and all the tvs helped to distract my daughter. The hygienist explained everything to her and showed her all the tools and how they worked and allowed her to help. They made the experience very comfortable for her. The hygienist and Dr. Simms were very gentle. I am very glad I chose Pediatric Dental Specialist of Hiram to care for daughters teeth.

This place is friendly, clean, quick, and fun. My three year old loved his experience at the dentist and so did we. As soon as we came in we were greeted and encouraged to play in the arcade. Yup! thats right they had a arcade. When we went back for our cleaning everyone was extremely receptive to our sons needs ( our son has sensory processing disorder so this was really important and valued). After our cleaning our kiddo received a balloon AND a token to use in their toy dispenser. Wowww!!!! This is a place that cares about each client, does a great job, and makes it fun to go to the dentist. THANK YOU everyone!!!!

My son has ADHD and can freak out very easily. We came in for some scheduled dental work but he also had half of a back tooth chip off. The doctor and her assistant were so patient and kind with him. It was his first time having real dental work done, and with laughing gas. It could have gone horrible but instead it went very smoothly, and his minor moments of panic were quickly dealt with by the staff. The gentleman taking his films was also very kind and patient with him and went above and beyond to work with him. I am very thankful that we found this dentist when we moved to Hiram a few months ago.

My daughter is a nervous nelly. She started crying and protesting from home. She continued until Dr. Simms started her exam. By the time little Gaily was done with her dental care she had transformed from refusing all treats including balloon, movie and toy machine coin. She even refused a game of pac man. Upon leaving she was all smiles and even delaying her exit. The team is talented at creating an all around inviting and professional experience. I felt like the care my daughter got is the same care the team would give to their own loved one.

I am beyond greatful for Dr. Simms and her staff, everyone there is amazing! My daughter had an accident and unfortunately resulted in this visit being her first dental visit. My sister referred me (but actually I referred her but she beat me to making an appointment there first lol) while we were at the hospital and we were set up for a follow up visit in the morning thank God! I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great dental practice to take their child(ren). Thank you sooo much Pediatric Dental Specialist of Hiram!

My daughter and I love the dentist staff here. They are kind, patient and always willing to explain to her what they are doing and why. I would give them 5 stars but it seems like they switched out the front office staff in the past year. It used to be a younger man who always a 10/10 on customer service. Now there is a middle aged woman working the phones and its never a pleasant call to say the least. Short, brass and at times rude. Still the other staff make it worth the hassle. Would recommend to any parents of young kids!

To my surprise, my three-year-old son is completely ecstatic every time we have to go to the dentist. He has been three times. A great experience for both me and my son. The entire staff was incredibly professional and experienced. Very kid friendly and colorful. I loved how well my son was having his procedure done there was a TV on the ceiling so that he could watch whatever Disney movies they were playing at the time. If you need a pediatric dentist, look no further than here…!
