We requested our file be mailed to our new provider. Needless to say, the new facility never received our file in the mail. When we called to say we would just come pick it up because its obviously lost in the mail, they stated they mailed the original. Who does that?? I work in the healthcare industry and you NEVER send the original, especially in the mail. So glad we are leaving this practice.

Dr. Heffernans staff is always prompt and professional. Not once in the more than 5 years Ive been going there have I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or office. Dr. Heffernan is friendly, professional, and (important in a dentist!) pain-free should a procedure be necessary.
