My son had a tooth filled there and has top insurance but they charged him as tho he didnt have any and we were required to pay it. Afterwards I called our insurance company and in fact he was overcharged by $60. We called it to their attention just to be told it wasnt a mistake, so we had to call insurance and the bank to get this resolved. They were not nice about it and I believe they were trying to pocket the money. They didnt apologize for it, so that leads me to believe they were trying to take advantage. They were also unprofessional.

I like knowing upfront what the costs will be. Everyone is always very friendly. Most notable- I love that there are later hours so that my kids dont miss school! It is always so easy to book appointments, and they always seem like they know just who I am when I call- thats a good feeling. Everyone is always good at explaining the situations to my young children about what will be happening to them.

I see Dr. Martin and she is wonderful. Very thoughtful, and provided a completely pain free experience. Best dentist office I have ever been too. Extremely organized, timely, and all staff members are very friendly.
