Was great before Dr. Meister expanded. Dr. Meister is now only at this location two days a week, based on what the receptionist said. Too bad because he was the ONLY reason my family continued to visit the practice and the only reason I had referred them. The receptionist at fairfield has a terrible attitude and thinks it is okay to be loud when discussing things with patients, allowing for anyone in the waiting room to hear what she says. The dental assistants.. brittanys, have been great but some of the others are rude and disregard if the patient is uncomfortable. I had to have them reclean easily removeable stains on my last visit. Overcharging and incorrect coding for services has caused many issues as well. Myself, mother and husband will be finding a new practice with a more professional staff.

I have been going to Dr. Meister for quite a while now. Had a lot of problems but they always found time for me. The girls in the office and the girls that help him are very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends
