Dentist Great. Office Staff not so great. Love Dr Hong very good dentist does very good work. I had a dental plan that they are listed as taking. I was told by office they did not take the plan. Had the plan call them direct. They called and let me know they did indeed take the plan. Ive had this plan for over 10 years and the previous Dentist that owned Cross Street took it all the time. I had two fillings done last year and staff charged me full price of procedure. Two very very expensive fillings. I than had a root canal at another office and went back to Cross Street after having dental plan call them to finish up the work. I was told by staff I had to pay full price! And they were not bound to accept the dental plan I have even though they are listed. They would reimburse me after checking with the plan. That I would not be reimbursed for the previous work already done even though I was covered. I received a check in about a week. All Im going say is I was VERY disappointed. The dental plan I have says it covers %50 -%60 of procedures. I even offered to print out fee schedule for them. Which they declined. I got back less than 5%. I am sorry to leave this Dentist he is very good and skilled in his work. Its an office Ive been going to for over 20 years and will miss it. I am not paying for insurance that the front office has no idea of how it works or are unwilling to take. I would recommend this Dentist 100% but make sure the office takes your insurance.

I have been using Cross Street Family Dentistry for over twenty years and I have only the highest of praise for the practice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The office is always immaculate (which is something I am particularly aware of wherever I go). Additionally, all equipment is clean and sanitized properly; this is just one example of the level of care and professionalism the staff demonstrates every time I have visited the office. I feel very fortunate to have been taken care of so well all these years as I have watched friends struggle to find dental practices that meet the minimum standards of cleanliness and expertise. Cross Street Family Dentistry not only meets these standards but raises the bar to a much higher level as their stellar services are consistently impressive. I have recommended them to friends in the past and have only heard great feedback about their experiences as well. I recommend Cross Street with unwavering confidence.

After many years with my previous dentist, I learned Dr. Inhwan Hong D.M.D. had taken over his practice. I was not sure how I would react to this change, but was pleasantly surprised with him and his staff. Everyone, without exception has treated me very well. I recently had a dental procedure that I was dreading and didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that it was done in half an hour and definitely not as bad as I was fearing. I give a lot of credit to Dr. Hong. I am having another procedure in the near future. This time I know I have nothing to fear. Kelly, is a perfect hygienist, know exactly what she is doing. I dont mind cleanings anymore. Couldnt ask for a better front desk person than Regina. She cares and is most helpful. Dr. Hong is fortunate to have such a great staff. My daughter and grand daughters are also patients. A family affair for a Family Dentistry! Gordon Stone

If I could write a book of how awesome this place is, I would. I hate going to the dentist (mostly because my teeth are super sensitive, and Novocain wears off so quickly on me). I had to, unfortunately, get a ton of work done, which Im sure is because of me skipping out on the dentist for quite a few years. I was so nervous, but Dr. Hong is so caring and always made sure I was okay, and kept making sure I wasnt in pain (which I REALLY appreciated because of my Novocain problem!!!). Everyone that works there is just so nice, and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to get work done on their teeth, or even just a cleaning!! I will never go anywhere else, and I am so happy I found them!!

This was my first time at Cross Street Dentistry and it was a very positive experience. Regina guided me through all the new patient forms and was very pleasant. Kelli, the hygienist was so nice and very professional. She did a wonderful job with my cleaning and explaining an area that showed up on my x-Ray that might be a problem. Dr. Hong confirmed that I am going to need to have a crown replaced which was what Kelli suspected. I was able to book an appointment in the next three weeks. I will be there 2 hours and will leave with my crown completed.

I cant say enough good things about this dental practice. Regina at the front desk is top notch and on the ball. Kelli is an incredible dental hygienist and is extremely passionate. She is the most gentle hygienist I have ever gone to. Dr. Hong is extremely kind and truly cares about his patients. I used to be really nervous going to the dentist but I can honestly say after going here for a year plus - all my nerves are gone. Ive had two cleanings and a root canal and crown, went smoother than I could have anticipated thanks to an incredible staff.

I would highly recommend going to this office. Dr Hong is excellent. He was able to get me in right away when I cracked a tooth and fixed the problem. Kelli B is an excellent Hygeniest. Ive been to her a few times for Deep Scaling which in the past has been very painful. It wasnt nearly as painful when I went to her. She was very friendly, professional, and patient. Regina at the front desk is very friendly and helpful too. I recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work or a cleaning.

I have been looking for a Dentist since I moved to the area, and I finally found one that I like. I went to Dr Hongs office for a checkup and returned to have a cavity filled. His hygienist is great and Dr Hong did a fantastic job on my filling. My experience was very pleasant and his staff handled my insurance billing perfectly. See you again in 6 months!

I always assumed there was something wrong with me but after going to Cross Street it became clear that I simply had gone to dentists that didnt truly care. My experience at this dentist was awesome! I had Kelli as the hygienist and she was very kind and gentle yet effective when cleaning my teeth! The Dr. was great as well, he has done a few fillings for me and was very efficient and friendly. I will be recommending to friends and family
