Dr. Keck and everyone at the office were great! The receptionist was very helpful sorting through my insurance information and scheduling my next appointment quickly, and I didnt have to wait long once I arrived - less than 10 minutes. During the appointment, both Dr. Keck and her assistant, Serena, did a great job explaining to me what they were doing and were very receptive to any discomfort I expressed and adjusted accordingly. I have always had very sensitive teeth and been nervous during dental appointments, but they eased my fears. Another thing I really appreciated was that Dr. Keck was aware and sensitive to the potential financial impact of some services beyond the cleaning itself. For instance, she had the receptionist check with my insurance to make sure the X-rays she wanted to do would be covered. For another treatment she recommended, she immediately noted that it wasnt usually covered by insurance and let me know how much it would be. Despite the recommendation, she did not pressure me to do it, and Im thankful for that. Dr. Keck ended up uncovering some significant issues and was extremely patient, kind, and informative in explaining to me what the next steps would be. She answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend her and this office enough, especially for someone like me who is normally very uncomfortable at the dentist!

I highly recommend South Boston Family Dental!! I had my first visit today, I called first thing in the morning for an emergency visit and they got me in the same day. The second you walk though the door everyone is so pleasant and makes you feel so comfortable!! There is no need to fear going to the dentist when youre going to South Boston Family Dental. Dr. Anya Pukhovitskaya explains everything thoroughly and goes over all of your options. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Even if you havent seen one in years, you should definitely go to South Boston Family Dental. Booking an appointment at South Boston Family Dental is a seamless process through a web application. I was able navigate the Dr.s available times & secure an appointment for the next day... Convenient. My hygenist, Christine, was incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. Candidly, someone staring down at you for the purpose of cleaning "the nasty" out of your mouth is awkward... her personality mitigated much of the awkwardness. Anya was my Dr... she was to the point and professional when explaining the procedures and next steps in treatment. SBFD is my go-to, if youre looking for a good Dental practice, this is the place...

I have been going to this dentist for years and am always pleased with their service. I usually have seen dr. Liu who has always been great about fitting me in last minute and addressing any concerns I have but I also recently just was seen by Dr. Keck who is new to the practice. She is very friendly and easy to talk to; most definitely a great addition to the team they have there. I have had cleanings fillings and even a gum graft here and have always been impressed with this business, would recommend to anyone!

I went in for a cleaning in the Fall last year since it was closer to my new job and liked them so much that I switched over all my dental work to this practice! Ive since then gotten a deep cleaning, some minor dental work, and now scheduled to get my invisalign here as well. Dr. Anya and her team are great about walking me through each procedure step by step, very responsive with explaining and resolving any billing issues, and checking in regularly post-treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Liu is very nice, he doesnt recommend any unnecessary procedures and all his referrals are also good doctors. So far my experience has been very good and that’s why I’ve been going there for more than three years now. I’ve recommended his office to anyone who asks for a dentist in the South Boston area. The price is also affordable with my insurance, which doesn’t cover much.

My neighbors recommended Dr. Anya at South Boston family dental and I recently visited her office. I easly scheduled an appointment with her, and she was very nice and proffesional.
