Dr. Roberts and Staff at Gentle Dental in Brockton are the absolute best! I was not expecting any type of special “experience” to actually write a review. However, going to see Dr. Roberts is more than just a dental visit. It’s actually meeting a team that cares about you and your dental health. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and professional. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink or a magazine and I was called for my appointment on time. The hygienist was very sweet and thorough with my cleaning, might I add no pain. There aren’t enough words to say how great Dr. Roberts is. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and went over my dental needs in detail. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like he was in a rush or I was wasting his time. He is the kindest and most gentle Dentist I know. He is passionate about what he does. Dr. Roberts always makes you feel like family; goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and will makes sure you leave with a smile! If you are looking for a Dentist who truly cares about the care he provides to his patients then please look no further than Dr. Roberts. Trust me, you will not regret it!

First time Ive been to the dentist in years since Im not a huge fan of them, but upon coming back I come to find out I need a root canal. Naturally you hear root canal and youre not exactly thinking happy thoughts. I gotta tell you though Dr. Roberts makes you change your mind about dentists. His friendly demeanor, and attentionn to detail put me at ease and thats before the procedure.......I use to tell people that uncomfortable situations compare to root canals but becuase of him I cant say that anymore.......I honestly, no lie felt nothing throughtout the procedure.......I was numbed up and was reassured through detailed explanation the whole procedure. Needless to say I would recommend Gentle Dental Brockton to everyone I know ( I already have LOL). The whole staff is excellent, friendly, and makes the whole dental experience as pleasant as can be. Oh and shoutout to one of the hygenists Mariana who did my teeth cleaning and obliterated my previous notions that cleanings were supposed to be adventures in pain.

The best dental experience Ive had. As soon as I walked in for the first time I felt confident that I chose the right dentist. The staff is very friendly and it helps make you feel comfortable. Dr. Roberts is the coolest dentist Ive had. He is very thorough when explaining what you need done. I had a root canal and was told by friends it was going to be painful but it wasnt. Dr. Roberts and the dental assistant Sandra made it very comfortable for me. Cleanings are done very well. Everyone that works there takes the time to explain everything being done and then some. They do not treat you like a customer but more like a friend. I will never change dentist. Ill be recommending Dr. Roberts and his amazing staff to everyone. A+

The staff at Gentle Dental of Brockton are very professional. Dr. Roberts is an excellent super nice and professional Doctor. He tries very hard to make you feel comfortable. I had one of the best cleanings with Hygienist Mariana. She explained everything that I needed done very clearly. She was very nice and professional. Although I just found out that theres a Gental Dental closer to my home (in Weymouth) than the Brockton Location, I decided to continue going to Brockton, since Im very happy with the care Im receiving there. I highly recommend this location to anyone whos looking for a new Dentist. Please keep up the good work!

This is the first time a dental practice has taken the time to fully explain to you in detail about what is going on in your mouth! Mariana is the hygienist who did my cleaning and I was blown away! BEST cleaning Ive had. She took her time and removed all of my staining, and left my teeth squeaky clean! :) Dr. Roberts knows his stuff. He found a small cavity and showed me where the cavity was and explained the procedure on how to fill it; hes the nicest dentist, so down to earth. The girls up front are all so nice and welcoming. Everything in this office is up to date! Definitely recommend Gentle Dental Brockton. Thanks guys!!

I made an emergency call for the first time , because I had wisdom tooth that needed extractions and they now started to hurt really bad . I went in the same day I called. I got there and was assisted right away , I told Dr Robert the discomfort I was having and he answered all my questions. The best part was that I was able to get my wisdom tooth out which was such a relief for me and Dr. Robert was amazing walking me through this experience he was really detailed, informed me on what to expect and really took care of my issue . I had a great experience and the staff were real friendly. Great first time customer experience .

I have been a loyal patient to Gentle Dental for 13 years and I must say out of all the offices I have visited, the Brockton office has been by far the best! I had a cleaning scheduled with Mariana Diaz- I highly recommend her! I have had cleanings with several hygienists but none were as informative, recommending and engaged as she was. Aside from my cleaning, the women in the lobby were very attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked in. It’s a good feeling when you are acknowledged the moment you walk into an office! Dr. Roberts has a great staff and I applaud their efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction!

Sometimes being at the dentist may be very frightening, but with Dr. Roberts is completely different. He will sit down with you and make sure you are fully comfortable with the recommended treatment. He walks you through the whole process and would answer all your questions. I trust him with my and my family dental health. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you will have a good dental experience. They offer the highest care and the prices are very affordable.

I received a warm welcome from Dr. Roberts and his team. I found parking easily, liked the Boston-based artwork in office, and filled out my form in the comfortable lobby. My visit started out with my x-rays and then I had my teeth cleaned. After the cleaning and flossing, I received a full report on the health of my teeth (no cavities) and set up a follow up appointment, all while sitting in the dental chair! Very unique experience and one that I will recommend to all of my family and friends.

I see Dr. Edwards, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I have had to have 2 teeth pulled over the last few months and they made it as painless as possible, both in my mouth and on my wallet! My hygienist Nicole is so nice and sweet and is very calming when I have anxiety. Dr. Edwards is funny and warm and is excellent at what he does. This place has made it easy to go to the dentist again! I am actually looking forward to my next appointment!!!!
