Warning!!!!!!!!!! Warning!!!!!!!!!!!! Aspen Dental in Brockton gets paid commission. They lied to me and said I had 4 cavitys and needed a deep gum cleaning. They wanted over $2000 for it too! I told them I should probably get a second option with that kind of money. She rolled her eyes at me and said well if you sign right now in the office Ill give you %10 off. I told her it still doesnt matter to be smart I have to get a second option. I then asked for my X rays and they refused to give them to me after I already paid for them.They said it would cost her office money even though I already paid for it. I went down the street to Family Dental and found out I only had one cavity!!!! It cost me under $200! Even if I did need 4 cavitys and deep gum cleaning it was only $775 at Family Dental. I went back to talk to them about how I was wrongfully examined and they escorted me off their property so other customers couldnt hear what I was saying. Once again I asked for my X rays and they refused. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I asked what their names were and they refused. Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I never paid for my examination. Well I did in deed pay it in full with cash! Its company policy you have to pay for your examination up front or you cant even be seen. I also have a receipt showing I paid it full. They said "they realized after I left I didnt pay them enough."They clearly are just trying to hurt me. Im sorry but thats fraud and theft. I have contacted my layer and I will be protesting to save others from this evil company. Before you give them your money get a second opinion. It saved me $2000!!! and prevented me form having surgery.. You have been Warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The receptionist and dental technician were extremely kind, which is why I gave them one star. The office performed work a few years back, which in turn caused me to lose one tooth in the front of my mouth. Dr. Isha Hooda (who did not even tell me her name, I had to ask the receptionist who she was) was extremely rude to me when I came in to the office to "see if they could help me". Told me that she was giving me an attitude and raising her voice to me because patient services had called the office and sent emails regarding my issue repeatedly (because they did not call me prior to my appointment to speak to me as per aspen dental policy and complaints to patient services ruins commission and financial incentive for the office). She told me to go track down the dentist that did the work a few years ago at aspen (who no longer works there). Then the owner (Dr. Arun Srivason) told me the reason I had an infection was because of periodontal neglect (he specifically said not getting cleanings at the dentist). I told him no, I go to the dentist every six months (just not his office). And to top it off he offered to give me a discounted rate on an implant or a bridge, however his 25% discounted rate was about 2000 more than surrounding offices for the same items. I also find it questionable that within A few years time since their first review on Google they had three reviews, however since my review three months ago for Google reviews have been made, one of which is negative, depicting a very similar situation to what happens to me... Dr. Arun Srivason and Dr. Isha Hooda are both under investigation by the Board Dental Licensure. I recommend reading between the lines of the five star reviews...

This is by far the worst dentist Ive ever been to. I would strongly advise NOT TO GO HERE. My younger brother went to this office to get a filling, and for some reason the hygienist was giving him novacane instead of the Doctor. The hygienist looked like she didnt know what she was doing but insisted on giving him the novacane. She missed the right vein 3 times. He was bleeding everywhere in his mouth and she was rude on top of it. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and inferior compared to other Aspen Dentals. Ever since this experience I and my family have been scared to return to this location. Since then we started going to the Aspen Dental in seekonk which I would give a 5 star rating.

Showed up for my appt at 2:50 p.m.; to complete any and all addition ppw that was needed by me; my appt was for 3:30 p.m.; at 3:45 p.m.; i had to approach the desk to state: Do you not want to see, i had an appt at 3:30 pm.. your email addressed to me states that i should be here at 1/2 hour before my appt; i arrived at 2:50 pm signed in my name is the first on the list; is there a reason that you dont want to see me?"; with that i felt shorted and rushed through my entire process of my appointment. I am still pissed off and do not know if i will return, even though i need a good cleaning....

I thought the specialist was awesome I just felt like the person who does the payment options was forcing people into buying dental cards to pay for their operations she said I had to do an operation that would cost 5000 when really all I needed was a consultation for 160 then told me I wouldnt be credited back for two appointments I canceled two minutes before that and she also told me that she did not have time for me today which I felt was really rude when she couldve just told me aside and said oh youre mixing it up let me explain it to you could not properly explain payment options

Great staff / very professional. I would like to say that Ive always been nervous about going to the dentist. My first experience at the Brockton location was with the dental hygienist Kelsey Disantis. I went in for a deep cleaning & Kelsey was very patient & pleasant through the entire procedure. She explained everything as she was doing the work & was very caring on how I was doing. She has very gental hands & very good at what she does.After my experience with Kelsey I knew I was in good hands at this location. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

I highly recommend going to the Brockton Aspen Dental for your dental work. The staff is great and the office overall is very efficient. I have a list of work that needs to be done, and Dr. Isha Hooda came up with a great treatment plan and it has been easy and pain free. Dr. Hooda is thorough in her work, and in making sure you know what is being done and why. The office is easy to schedule appointments with, so much that I was able to come in on a Saturday which is great! Again I highly recommend Dr. Hooda and the Brockton Aspen Dental.

I was apprehensive going to the dentist, i didnt have dental and i was afraid of cost if i needed dental work. I was more comfortable right away thanks to the welcoming reassuring staff! I also think they did a great job with informing without judgment. I think if you have to pay outta pocket for the dentist, why not go somewhere that treats you well and is fair! I went for the free exam/x-rays and got a cleaning the same day! I found my new dentist office and i am not anxious about going back!
