The Dr, Anil Agarwall is great. The office staff is incompetent and should all be fired. I paid my bill but they have no record of me paying my bill. They told me they had a "soft collections" and that "it will not be sent to any collection agency and will never negatively impact your credit" - which is an out-right lie. They will not send you copies of paperwork instead they insist you call another company to get copies, and that company does not send out copies of paperwork - they direct you back to this office. Id give them a score below "Poor-Fair" but there isnt an option for that.
