I chose this Primary Care office because of the good reviews and let me tell you, they certainly live up to their reviews! Ive been to so many urgent care places and mediocre doctors that I was just sick of it! Today I went to Ponce Primary Care, my appointment was at 2pm. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early as a new patient to fill out paperwork, which was very quick and simple. By 2:07 I had been taken to a room and seen a nurse, had my vitals taken and was waiting on the doctor. Within 10 minutes Doctor Walker came in, she was very nice, personable, and genuinely seemed like she cared. The nurse was awesome and the girl at the front desk was sweet as well. If you are looking for something small, friendly, timely, and personable then Ponce is the place for you. Ill definitely be returning to this office! :)

My new doctor, and medical office. 64, retired, my wife and I moved here two years ago. I originally chose Ponce because of the location convenient to me. I have continued to go, and will continue to go. They do everything right as well as the mechanics of running a medical facility, and handling insurance (United Health Care / Delta). Everything about the place is professional. Most importantly I have found (young) Dr. Costley (Chad) to be a very engaging and pleasant person to converse with about anything. And a good listener. I am comfortable with him. They also know all the specialty facilities in the area for anything needing that. We are both also from Michgan. Brian H. Head

Horrible service.Rude front desk. They try to advise you against standard tests required for any normal physical. I cannot believe how bad this practice . Terrible follow up. I have many great specialists, but this practice is below acceptable .Bad parking as well. The front desk operates at the speed of the postal service. Lol. I think they missed their calling and are better suited to work at snail mail. Front desk represents your image. Should be greeted with a smile and let me help you.. not Debbie downer..

I had scheduled my Apt a month ahead. I was 12 mins late to the office and they turned me down and asked me come back in 5 weeks. I had to drive for 40 miles to be there and had been a patient for last 3 years. I wish the front desk has little more empathy towards patients. Dr Chad is great but the front office just sucks big time!!!

Excellent medical care; Ive especially enjoyed seeing Kristina Lemene. Ive had trouble getting my referrals to the specialists when I need them. I suspect it is partly the office and also partly my specific insurance. They do seem to make an extra effort to get referrals in or keep me updated when I complain.

I like another commenter chose this office because of the convenient location, but Dr. Costly is always great! He really makes you feel comfortable. And whenever I have had any questions or concerns, Ive been able to get a prompt response from the office on their patient portal.

I absolutely love Dr. Costly. He is thorough and listens to your concerns. I rarely have to wait too long and can generally get in without too much hassle. The staff is nice, the office is cute, and I hope I never have to change doctors.

Parking is at the back of the facility, ample and easy. I was seem right on time of my appointment, which is awesome. The clinic is nice, clean, staff is helpful, the NP Kristina is wonderful. This is definitely my new primary care office!
