Dr. Garcia has been my primary care physician for several years. Until recently I have been satisfied with the level of care she provided. That changed with my last , and final, visit to her last week. The practice recently implemented electronic medical records. As I work in IT, I did not see this change as a negative. Dr. Garcia certainly did. Not only did she not embrace the change but she complained numerous times throughout my visit on the inconvenience and limitations of the system. The final straw was after being seen 20 minutes after my appointment time, watching her struggle with data entry, she informed me that she could not answer Amy of my questions or address my concerns because she had to move on to het next patient! I will not return to this practice! It is obvious it is.all about throughput not patient care.

Ive been seeing Dr. Garcia for almost 2 years now for different ailments. For me, she has correctly diagnosed sinus infections, rashes, fevers, and etc...... The only reason I have 4/5 stars is because whenever I go Im always late seeing the doctor. For example. I arrive early, get called to a back room usually 5 minutes after my appointment started, and wait in a back room for at least 15 minutes. This has happened the last 3 times Ive been there. Despite the waiting time issue, I would recommend Dr. Garcia not only for her skill and knowledge, but also for the fact she is a nice, concerned doctor that will get you fixed up.

In todays world it can be hard to find a Dr. that will spend time with you and truly listen to your concerns. Dr. Emma Garcia listens, cares and treats you like a part of her family. I never feel rushed or like she is trying to get me out of there to see the next patient. She is one of the most compassionate Drs that I have ever met. I will go to the Doctor worried and walk out feeling good that she is addressing my issues. Every time that I leave I feel like I have just seen a great friend that just happens to be my Dr too. Never been more blessed to have found this rare gem in Springboro!
