Обратилась с подозрением на Lyme disease . Сделала оппоитмент. Приехала(отпрасившись на работе). Перепутали меня с постоянной клиенткой. Устроили цирк о якобы каком то обмане с моей стороны...При чем,отказ был со стороны ресепшена, а не доктора.Хотя она тоже не хотела принемать.А с этим диагнозом лечение должно быть простыми антибиотиками на ранней стадии. Спустя 2 месяца мне подтвердили диагноз в родной стране(ранее уехать туда не было возможности). За полчаса прибывания у вас побывала в глухой деревне на ФАПе 90-х годов СССР. Ужас!!! Грубые хамы! Хотите быть живыми, поищите более компетентного доктора.

La doctora Tatyana es la mejor doctora de cabecera que he encontrado en Atlanta después de dos años de vivir aquí. Es completamente acertada y eficaz en el tratamiento. Súper paciente, explica con claridad. Habla un poco de español, pero entiende bastante. Su staff médico es súper amable, cuidadoso y confiable. Recomiendo a ésta doctora como doctora de cabecera, es genial!

Front desk girl told another patient in a very rude way that she cant be seen because they dont accept her insurance. Patient turned around and left. Have you ever heard of offering service for cash pay? I gave 2 stars to the doctor for being able to diagnose but cant give more because some of the staff is very unfriendly. The doctor seems to allow such behavior in office which is bad. It definately will drive patients away from her office. This is my opinion or observation.

Dr. Gorokhov is a wise, compassionate doctor with an ear towards REALLY listening to your concerns. She takes time to BE with you and CARE for your health needs. She is the kind of doctor who is smart, stays well informed, and applies what she knows in a context of wanting to help you as a person, not as a paycheck. That has always been my experience with her and I am so very glad I found her!

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and had 2 prescriptions she wrote last year that had actually expired. Since we moved and are no longer in her area I asked her to renew my prescriptions...A few days passed and Walmart called to notify me the prescriptions were ready for pick up. Went here for the first time. I am not to impress with the service here. I felt like I am just another number. Also, Ive requested all of the XRay to be sent to another physician 3 times, and the day I am showing up at the specialist Office. They said no one fax or send anything over.
