This family practice is horrible if you read Dr. Bats curriculum he pats himself basically more on his back about how great a business man he is pursuing large profits in each phase of his career But in the mean time loosing the humanity and oath of his profession out of sight This practice, His current project is a prominent example of the above characteristic his Practice is huge with 5 ( or maybe even more ) locations at each location multiple ( i mean 5 or 6 at least doctors or PAs ) all his locations look more like the lounge of five star hotels then a doctors office ( remember that all has to be paid for !! and guess where that money eventually is coming from ...? exactly yours and mine and everyones !!) and then the service ? Absolutely horrible !! for starters you basically cant reach any of his staff or doctors by phone directly ! the only option given , is to leave a message, and hey will call back ....when ? They dont say !! can be in a few hours , but mostly is the next day of course they call you back exactly when your unavailable which leaves you in this endless game of phone tag Be careful !!! when they recommend specialists , double check with your insurance company if they are in your network NAPC will tell you they are ! Only for you to find out later ( after your visit ! ) that they are not ! then it becomes an endless back and forth between the office personnel telling you one thing and ordering you to contact your insurer only to find out from your insurer they are not filing procedures correctly or documentation is missing meanwhile if you get tired of getting the run around from their staff they become outright belligerent, condescending and just plain rude ! then as a final insult when you show to be a an assertive consumer who wont be patronized and bushwhacked they start sending you condescending emails asking you to shut up, accept their terrible customer service or take a hike !! If you reply to their emails that you are not planning to defer your right on a decent treatment in a reply email they send you a letter by real snail mail ( USPS ) telling you they wont do "business" with you anymore !! Business !!! you get that last phraseology ? AVOID THIS PRACTICE !!! ITS PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO BE A MONEY MAKING MACHINE !! THEY DONT GIVE ONE IOTA ABOUT YOUR CONDITION IF YOU HAVE STANDARD DISEASE THAT FITS IN ONE OF THEIR TEMPLATES TO EXTRACT THE MAXIMUM MONEY OUT OF YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY YOURE OK Anything out that doesnt fit their standard templates is to much time consuming and they will quickly tell you to solve it yourself or call your insurer or otherwise go somewhere else ! traditional "DOCTORS CARE" that concept At NAPC ????? Forget About It..... They couldnt even if it had to save their lives !!

I have been a patient of this practice for 8 years. The last few years have had me perplexed and questioning why in the heck do I keep coming here? This week, I had called and scheduled an appointment for some routine blood work that my dermatologist needed. I was scheduled to see Dr. Korte. The Check-In, MA and all personnel I encountered prior to seeing the doctor were, as usual, on top of their game and very nice. Enter Dr. Korte.... I was brought to my patient room and Dr. Korte was in there finishing up medical notes from the last patient. Not only did Dr. Korte not even acknowledge my presence, she was in head-to-toe germ gear. She had on a mask, gloves, full paper body-robe... and obviously she was the one who was sick, not the patient before me. I was at this point breathing shallowly, as not to inhale any germs. She turned and left the room after finishing her notes without even a glance in my direction. It was so odd, even the MA remarked about Dr. Korte completely ignoring my presence. Whatever. I had taken time off of work to get this done, so may as well see it through. I waited over 30 minutes in the room for Dr. Korte to return. I would have to leave soon because my eldest daughter had a dr. appointment that I had to take her to. Finally, I could wait no longer, so I exited the room, found the MA and let her know that I could not wait any longer for a simple blood test because I had another appointment that I had to keep on time. The MA was very sweet and let me know that Dr. Korte had another patient lined up before me and she probably would not be able to get to me in a timely manner. I was very nice about the situation and the MA gave me the checkout paperwork and instructed me to let the check out know that I was not seen. I will NEVER go to this practice again. No matter how good the staff is, if the doctors are double and triple-booked and cant see you in any form of a timely manner, it is a direct reflection on the quality of care you can expect. I have waited over 2 hours before after being taken back at this practice, but no more. I will never be back.

I will give NO star if it will let me post my comments. I was there in the Cumming office in Sept for annual check up. The Dr was randomly assigned when I called in for an appointment. cant say that the Dr was not kind and nice, but she was very much business like. The entire visit for an annual check-up took whole morning, ending around 1pm. Because I was fasting, I was starved. The annual check up was supposed to be covered by insurance 100%, but it ended up that I had to pay a lot of extra fees out of my pocket, including office visits, lab charges. Some lab work were ordered by the doctor that were not communicated to me and I thought they were covered by insurance as annual exam. I had to call the office for test results, because no one is notifying me when the lab results are available and if there is anything abnormal. I had to act on my own to find out and ask questions. So I had to go to their office for a copy of test results! I was always put to answering machine with any questions, and it took at least 2 days for someone, if there was one and if I am lucky enough, to respond. Most of time no one calls back even if I left a voice message with all my can-be-reached phone numbers. The front desk was very nice, but they cant help with my questions, so they had to transfer me to answering machine. To make their service the worst, in Feb 2017 I called their office for a renewal mammogram order (last Sept one was expired), no one ever called back. I called on 2/14, 2/16, 2/17 and left voice messages many times with detailed information I need help with. The front desk told me that the office manager had promised to call me back if I left her a voice message. But no, no one has bothered to call me back with any information. So I had to cancel the appointment with the hospital which was scheduled on 2/20, the next Monday. As of today 3/9/2017, no one from this office has called me back. I will not recommend this office to any one!
