Was patient of Mr. Syed Ullah for about 3 years. Was just going for yearly physical. I am in good health, no issue. Was expecting to pay only copay. He is in network. I cant remember now, but I might have been encouraged to take on extra tests without realizing that, but I later received bills from a separate lab company to pay for my lab work. I didnt make big deal of it, and made sure to be more careful on subsequent visits of my answers, but I wish I was told more clearly that I was signing up for things not covered by my regular physical. The biggest issue was when in May 2014, I received a bill for $91.71 from my two visits to them in 2012. One visit was in June 2012, and another follow up was in November 2012. This is crazy to be receiving bills 2 years later. Thats not all. In May 2014 I scheduled payment of $91.71 through my bank. In September I get another letter asking me to pay $91.71. I call them and tell them that Ive already paid. Savana (sp?) was assisting me. She asked for a date and a check number, and ~15 minutes later found my check. First she gave one reason why they couldnt match my account with my check. I stated that I included Account # on my check. Then first explanation didnt make sense and she provided another explanation saying that they changed financial/accounting system and couldnt pull account #s. How should believe and trust things when I hear one explanation why they couldnt match my check, and minute later I hear another explanation. I might have made multiple payments to them by now, and who knows, I would not be surprised if I overpaid. My bank only shows 6 month of transactions, not 2+ years of my payments to them. Dr. Ullah was always friendly, pleasant to talk to, and might be very knowledgeable. However, I cant go to a place and expect to get bills 2 years later, and be spending my time calling and convincing them that I paid those bills.

I had the worst experience with this practice ever. Let me first start off by saying, I have seen them since 2011/2012. They always want you to schedule "follow up" appointments, when you dont even know why. So I recently found out that I have been diagnosed with Anemia and high cholesterol, AFTER I requested my complete medical file (to transfer care of course.). Not to mention, I never even got this years actual lab results in my records I had requested. Upon reading through my medical records was when I found out about my diagnosis, about 1 week ago. My doctor (Dr. Tomeh) never told me that, #1 I was diagnosed with Anemia and high cholesterol and #2 that in my actual medical information he prescribed me a high cholesterol medication, that I was supposed to have started LAST YEAR!!!! (This is a big deal to me because I do have family history of the same diagnosis.) NO ONE ever called to follow up with me or let me know anything. So not only was I NEVER notified of these diagnosis but I was prescribed something that is in my medical file that I NEVER took. Then I call TWICE to request my actual labs from this year and get the run around. Each time I call, I talk to someone named "Doula" which gets me absolutely no where. Every time I went to check in for a visit, no one greeted me and the receptionist was always on her cell phone. This office is impersonal and has no concern about the patient or their health. If you want to get treated like just a number and receive impersonal care then this is the office for you. Horrible staff and non caring physicians.

I went to this clinic for a preventive well care visit. No copay no charge to me. It was covered entirely by my insurance. As I got there Dr. Zia-Ullah Syed began ordering a number of tests. I told him 3 times that I was not interested in doing any tests not covered under the preventive care. He said "no worry it is all inclusive". A month later I received a bill from the clinic for $520. When I called them they said "the doctor decided to do all the tests for your own interest." I told them I was not going to pay since I never agreed to do tests outside of my preventive care plan. The clinic then sent me another bill for $262.32. Please note that on this bill they are charging for services they never provided. I am reporting this guy to the medical board for fraudelent activities. I am also reporting him to the Better business Bureau and I will notify my insurance. I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic to anyone.

I totallly agree with another complaint. I went for a test follow up and when I received my Explaination of Benefits there were several tests done that I wasnt aware or didnt authorized.
