Actually the Worst!!! Dr Sharma should be no more than a doc in a box! He mistakenly was referred to me for my elderly parents by the Assisted Living that they reside at and my father had a serious UTI that Dr Sharma was treating but after numerous calls to this so called doctor that began within 3 days because of my concerns for his prescribed treatment, he never returned those calls made by the Assisted Living nurse or the Director. This so called doctor did not return the calls from the Assisted Living nurse or Director for 9 days and when he finally did, it was after the nurse, director, and I had called in the 8th day. Dr Sharmas nurse called me back after hours and within the 5 minutes that I tried to call back, I received the answering service. A UTI(urinary tract infection) is not anything to ignore, especially in an elderly person-it can kill them. Yes, I left their office a scathing message because I could not believe that this type of non care could exist with someone trying to build a practice. And of course Dr Sharma never called me back. It was after my scathing message that he even bothered to call back the Director at the Assisted Living. Its worse than stupid! And YES, I did change doctors but not before my father spent Wednesday night and Thanksgiving day in the Hospital! In telling this story to a close friend, Patti, she gave me an omg because she also had a terrible experience with what she called a prima donna doctor Sharma and fired him! Then Thanksgiving night at the Assisted Living as I returned my father from the hospital, I talked to another residents daughter and her mother had ended up in the hospital as a result of Dr Sharma ignoring her calls!Take it from 3 people-stay away-this Dr Sharma should lose his license!!

I am really surprised to hear the negative reviews about Dr. Sharma. He has been my primary care physician for the past year and a half and has treated me for everything from an abscess on my neck, to my annual physical, blood pressure and cholesterol, to diagnosing and treating me for severe allergy issues that I never had before. He has taken a lot of time to understand me and assess my physical ailments. He not only treated me physically, he explained all of my treatment options and we worked through what was best for me. He has been very thorough. We have worked through my intolerances to some medications and have developed alternatives as a team where I am involved in my healthcare. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in the practice of medicine and stays current. His “bedside manner” in my opinion is one of the best I have had from a treating physician. His staff is outstanding and they all know me by name. They each have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. I have seen them treat other patients the same as they treat me each time I have visited. Like most people, I hate having to go to the doctor, but Dr. Sharma has changed that thought process through his ability to help me understand the practice of medicine more clearly. I see him not only as my physician, but also as an advocate for my health. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Sharma as my primary care physician and highly recommend him and his team.

North Fulton runs a scheme. I had an annual physical with them . The charge was 100% paid by BCBS. Later They attempt to run their scheme in asking more money from us. As you may know, Insurances have contract with medical provider and this is called In-Network. Medical providers submit claim with their own charge. But the insurance allow a specific amount for each claim and as provider agree to be in the network, they are to accept the amount allowed by the insurance. In my case, North Fulton charge about $500 for the physical but BCBS allow just about $284 for the claim. North Fulton collect the $284 and turn back to us to complete the difference of $216. This is a scheme because, as part of the network North Fulton F should never ask more money from the patient. After 3 billing attempt with warning of contacting collection agencies with no success, North F realyze we were not dumb and knew the rule, they quit sending us bills. I beleive these folks are periodically involved in that kind of scheme and uninformed patient will end up paying more than they should. Best advise, stay away from these folks, they will find away to rip you off.

If I can give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely DO NOT go to this place! Run far far away if any doctor is affiliated with this place! The staff is very rude and insensitive! I called first thing in the morning to follow up with an emergency department visit and was told no one would see me, even though I had insurance they told me I had to be self pay. I was very frustrated and became emotional over the phone with the front office lady. She began to laugh in my face over the phone and tell the rest of her colleagues my problem, they joined in laughing as well. I would not return to this place if they were the last doctors office on earth! You can tell they are in it for the dollar amount and not for helping people. This is the first bad review I have ever written and it was 100% warranted. There are so many offices that are compassionate and helpful. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE OFFICES!

I just came from Dr. Sharmas office for my annual with him and as always, he and his staff is the best. Tia at the front desk always greet me and the other patients with a very warm welcome. Next was Kay Harris who took my vitals and weight. She is awesome as well as very friendly. She is a peoples person. She also did my EKG, which was also my 1st time getting it. She explained everything in detail with me. Next was the new lady that did my blood work (so sorry, i forgot her name). She is very caring and friendly as well. The staff here is great. I came from Kaiser from over 10 years of going there and changing insurances with my company made me come to Dr. Sharmas office and i am glad that i picked his office as well. They are a great group of people.

My husband and I saw Dr. Sharma, separately, and we both had the best doctors visit of our lives. Dr. Sharma is very personable and knowledgeable of family medicine. He has a great bedside manner and takes time to explain things to you and makes sure you understand your health and your plan of care. He also gets you involved in your health and finds ways to hold you accountable and schedules recheck visits to see how your progress of improving your health and wellness is going. I am in the medical field myself as an emergency room nurse. It is great to find a health care provider for my family that is so genuine and caring. We are now planning to transfer our children to North Fulton Primary care as well.
