The front desk and the manager are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment via the phone; however when I arrived there at the promised time, they told me I never called to made that appointment. Honestly, among all the doctors I have been to, this has never happened before. Whats more, when I shared this unpleasant experience with my friend, she told me this doctor has been notorious for being egocentric and condescending. He refused to take her as a patient after she switched to another doctor. The reason why was, as he metaphorically claimed, his office was not a restaurant. Switching doctors is equivalent to eating out at different restaurants. Refusing treatment to a patient for such reason, I doubt he still remembers the oath he swore when he graduate from med school. Now I understand why the staffs are behaving in such an unprofessional manner under his supervision. In a word, I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment in his office.

Dr. Chang is very abrupt and harsh. His English needs improvement. However I think he is likely a capable doctor.
