For all the recent reviewers giving poor reviews due to wait time, do some research. The Little Clinic website has, for quite some time, listed estimated wait times, so it shouldnt be any surprise. And as of February (possibly earlier but its when I first used this feature), they also offer an online check-in. Go to the website, it will tell you approximate wait time, and then add your name to the list. If it says wait time is 59 minutes, stay home where youre comfortable and show up at Little Clinic in 59 minutes. Your name gets bumped to the top, and you are seen as soon as CNP is done with the patient shes with. I have done this twice now - showed up about 15 minutes before my estimated time and was in the room within 5 minutes both times. I have had only good experiences here - Ive gone about 4-5 times total. Ive been seen quickly and given appropriate care. All conditions Ive gone for have required a prescription or some sort of first aid care beyond what self-care I was capable of doing on my own. If you want to complain about waiting long only to be told to take an over-the-counter, please understand that doesnt necessarily mean you were given sub-standard care. If what you went to the doctor for only requires an OTC, they arent going to give you a prescription or do any unnecessary treatment. A lot of people just dont understand what conditions warrant seeing a doctor and which conditions they really cant do anything about. Colds, chest congestion, etc in most cases require only rest and OTCs. Sorry you wasted time and money going to a doctor, but you wasted their time and the time of patients who really needed them, as well. They arent going to do or prescribe something you dont need just because you didnt know enough NOT to go to a doctor for something that didnt require it.

Absolutely terrible! I came in with a fever of a 102 degrees with possible strep. But i happen to come in on a day where kroger employees needed to get their biometrics screening. Instead of treating the sick people first they saw the kroger employees who waited the last minute for their screening and were perfectly healthy and kept someone with actual symptoms waiting while contagious. I waited waitelmost 3 hrs. It was strep so l was extremely contagious. ..wreckless.

Terrible service, staff never returned my call after follow up visit where my symptoms didnt get better after a week. Finally called back the next day and told me I should call a different doctor. Very unhelpful and I felt that they were just doing whatever they could to get me off the phone or out of their queue. A "not my problem" type of customer service experience. Will not go back

Been a few times, waited on Friday for about 2 hours to get in, but there was 7 people ahead of me. Ive been to urgent care, minor emergencys, and the ER before and usually the wait exceeds 3 hours. Usually help the symptoms and get me back on my feet until I can get in to see my PCP

Called the day before to make sure they were able to do what I needed. Waited an hour today and was turned away. Their excuse was the girl I spoke to yesterday is new. Sorry not a good enough excuse, especially in the medical field.

Never again. Poorly run and there is really nothing you are treating in a grocery store clinic that should necessitate a 50 minute exam on a five year old.
