I was skeptical when I first found Fairway Dental, because the building is located in a small strip shopping center, and looks like nothing special on the outside. But from the moment you call or walk in the door, you discover that the inside is where Fairway Dental shines! My first experience was with Tara. I called to inquire about the Dr. and the services. She was super friendly and explained a lot about Dr. Perez and the practice, then scheduled my first appointment for me. When I got to the office, she greeted me like a friend and walked me through the paperwork. She is great to work with, both on the phone and in person. Angelica and Norma are also great - very professional and obviously know what they are doing, and their friendly style makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Perez might be a genius! It didnt take him long at all to assess my needs and picture the final result. When he showed me examples of the work he had done for other patients, I assumed it would be very long and drawn out, but after only two appointments, I had a full set of temporary crowns that looked amazing. Im having my entire smile rejuvenated (I had lots of old crowns and fillings to replace), so it isnt inexpensive but it IS reasonably priced for the outstanding work he does. Gina was great at explaining the costs and working with me to file dental insurance (a mere pittance since my policy has annual limits) and work out a payment plan for the rest of the treatment that works for both of us. Although not all the work has been completed due to waiting for a few implants to heal, Im excited about the results so far and receive many compliments on my new smile. You wont be disappointed if you trust Dr. Perez and his wonderful staff to take care of your dental needs!

Im very happy that my teeth will be back to normal with the Invisalign treatment that I just started at Dr. Perez office! I have been a patient for 11 years and my teeth have always been treated with excellent care plus the professionalism and service has always made me feel welcomed and very well taken care of. I had been trying to get Invisalign treatment at another place, but the price and payment plans were way out of my budget. Dr. Perez made it easy & affordable, and after more than a year of thinking about getting Invisalign, after talking to him, in less than 2 months I finally have my trays on! Invisalign so far has been better than the traditional braces (I had regular braces when I was younger), and a lot less painful too, plus I can eat anything. I look forward to having my teeth in shape again! :D

I live in the southern part of Dallas county and I literally drive quite far out of the way (and have for the last three years) to Fairway Dental because of their customer service. Hands down, you will not find better customer service. They know you by name, they remember you, and they truly care about you as a person as well as your dental needs. The entire staff is warm, caring, and friendly and I have recommended them to several friends and family members. They even sent me a gift card for my referral. I was so shocked when I received it in the mail - I knew they were great at customer service, but that was definitely unexpected. Bottom line: No matter how far this place is from where you live, this should be the only place you consider for your dentistry needs.

Dr. Perez seems knowledgeable, but the front office staff can be rude and difficult to work with in scheduling appointments. They are only open 4 days a week, which makes scheduling difficult as well, and new patient appointments are only available at a certain time of day each day. I was satisfied (not overly impressed) with the office at first, but I recently had a filling break and was in pain. I was dissatisfied with the offices compassion and ability to see me to fix the problem in a timely manner, so I have found another dental office to take care of my needs.

This is by far the best dental office Ive been to! If your looking for your perfect set of dream teeth this is the place to go. The whole staff is super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! Your front desk assistant Tara was very helpful and kind she made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Very clean office and nicely organized. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends (:

Absolutely love the staff, every time I go there I get in quickly not having to wait long in the waiting room at all. Dr. Perez is friendly and thorough with his diagnosis and presents loan plans on the spot just so you can afford the dental help that is needed. I plan on staying with him as long as my insurance will allow me to. Fairway Dental is a definite two thumbs up....

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for almost 20 years. He has done a wonderful job keeping my teeth happy and healthy. He did veneers on my front teeth and I get so many compliments on them. The staff is wonderful and they even provide bottles of water for you in case your mouth is getting dry just thinking about going to the dentist!

A year later, the staff has not wavered in their approach and my teeth look and feel great.

I had an appointment. I got to the building just to find out they moved. I wasnt called and awared about it. I waited for 3 months for this appointment. We live pretty far and asked for the day off just to find out that I have to wait another 3 months for another appointment when I called them.
