I am beyond happy with the service Rio Dental gave us,From the minute we got there till we left. The receptionist gave excellent customer service, Brianda Mendez was My daughters dental assistant and she was great with her she did her cleaning, my daughter felt at ease and she was happy to be there not to mention shes scared of doctor visits. The office had there own movie theater and video game which was a plus.They also Spoil there patients with a gift bag and a Surprise Toy after the visit who wouldnt like that. I would totally Recommend yall!

I took my son here after having a bad experience at Kids n Teens in Carrollton and it changed my perspective on pediatric dental care. I was taken in quickly by the staff and DR Choi took care of Ađnan like I would. Very professional , caring and upbeat personality! I had been told by someone close that this place was amazing when they took their little brother here and said the service and treatment were like no other, and so with that I decided to give them a shot and I was really impressed and blown away by everything, from walking in to walking out and going back for my following visits! Its really amazing and the service is literally top notch!

Great Office and Excellent Staff! A beautifully high-tech office with a wonderful staff and excellent doctors, Dr. Doan and Dr. choy are one of a kind and great dentists. They are very good at explaining what they are going to do before treatment and best of all they are very gentle.I know I will be a patient of RIO DENTAL for a lifetime to come!!!

I loved my visit at Rio. The staff and the doctors were so nice. They treated me so well. The office was so neat, and they did an amazing job. When I walked into the front the lady welcomed me very well and I didnt wait for so long. Thats what I loved. I was in an out. Dr. Shah and the assistant Sandra were very nice. I recommend to everyone!!

My daughter has been attending this office for the past two years and she loves it! This last dental visit she had to take x rays and it was her first time and this office has the newest technology that it made it easy for my 3 year old to take pictures! She loves dr.choy and not to forget the girls in the front and back are super sweet!

Thank you Rio Dental for providing friendly and professional customer care. Even though I didnt have an appointment they took care of my son rather quickly. Dr. Shah explained everything with care and truly had my sons best interest in mind. They made us feel comfortable and at ease. Will definitely return and recommend.

From the moment i walked in the door i noticed a calm atmosphere, music was playing in the background, TV was showing a movie, there game section, and cinema room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous, my child was a scared going in, but happy coming out. So i definitely recommend this place.

Love the atmosphere and the clinic is very clean! the staff is very friendly and the providers all have great bedside manner. All three of my kids had procedures done last week and I was very pleased with everything. Would recommend to friends and family! :)
