Called to set up an appointment for cleaning & specified a "cleaning". Spent 3 1/2 hours there and never got a cleaning. Instead, I was taken in to do some pictures, then xrays, then some gum check where she kept reading out numbers. When I kept asking who was the dental assistant that would be doing my cleaning they never answered; each one kept saying the Dr. will talk with you. Four people were in my mouth this day. Never did I have a comfortable feeling or a feeling of warmth being a new patient. The front office staff was loud and the girls would giggle. There was a male working behind the desk that was very polite and professional, but not the women. The first thing my husband and I heard when we checked in was "let get chic-fil-a for lunch", as it was 12:00. Then after we were there for 3.5 hours they were ready to close so while I was waiting for my husband to come out one of the girls turned on the vaccuum cleaner and ran it all over the place in front of me drowning out Shrek on their tv. Insurance girl, Kelly, kept saying he will be out in about 5 mintues as I am going back now to talk with him about his dental plan and coverage. She never made it because we kept texting back and forth and he said she was in another room talking with someone else. He came out 35 minutes later and she only spent 8 minutes with him. We both concluded that this was a disaster. The $39.00 special was never mentioned. Very unorganized and that is very sad because I was so excited to go here and have a DDS so close to my home. Also, the dentist continued to give me a lesson on why they are doing all these pictures, xrays and test and about how he can tell if I have a pre-condition to diabities or heart disease. I dont care! My other professional specific doctors will do that for me. My OB/GYN is not going to tell me, "hey, you need a root canal and you should check that out! All I wanted was my freaking teeth cleaned and he could tell me by poking around with that awful metal pic if I have problems or not. Be fully prepared and aware of all of this before you go with high hopes like I did; because you WILL be disappointed.

I was referred to Eldorado Smiles by a co-worker because I was new to the area. I scheduled an appointment and received a general cleaning but didnt feel as though it was done thoroughly. During my cleaning it was discovered that I needed an extraction. I agreed, had it done. The doctor then was great. Presently, I am most dissatisfied with the new staff. My sone was scheduled to have braces and I received a call two days prior telling me they will not be able to apply his braces because he needed a cleaning, yet they had no availability. My question was "didnt you know this prior to scheduling him for braces?" I was told he could come in the next day at a very inconvenient time. While I tried to figure something out I called back to see if they could fit him in somehow and was told "we had a cancellation", yet I wasnt called to be scheduled. My husband was scheduled for a cleaning/consultation today at 1:30pm. I called at 11am to confirm. He received a call at 12:30pm telling him his appt. would have to be cancelled because he doesnt have coverage that was confirmed three weeks prior by the office as well as the insurance agency. He called his carrier who in turn called Eldorado Smiles to indicate the coverage. He has not received a call yet to say they mad a mistake and to get him in. Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere and hope that their staff improves on customer service and the ability to do their jobs.

This place has gone DOWN hill. I gave them a really good review over a year ago which I am now changing today. I do good reviews normally to prove it I left my formal review at the bottom. Now this whole office is not bankrupt they have a good staff when it comes to the front desk and the hygienist. I still would recommend my Oral Surgeon Dr. Kim who has his own private practice which I would recommend going through directly and Not through this office. My old Dentist who was amazing Anju Varghese moved and the woman I saw today wasted my time. She will over treat and rip you off if you let her. Her name is Dr. Williams. I will no longer be going to this office. I have left my old review for my last Dentist Anju Varghese and for Dr. Kim. Unfortunately New staff have ruined this once good office. OLD REVIEW:I think they are great. Its a good one stop for everything and everyone knows what their doing. From the dentist, dental assistants, office, billing. It has been along time since I could say that about somewhere. I have always had so much time take up in the past. For me who has very little time now they dont take it up and have made me feel stress free about something that is usually costly and stressful. I started coming this year have gotten 4 wisdom teeth extractions, cleanings, and a filling. I will be coming back next year for braces and will probably use them as long as I live in the area.

I was going to get Invisaligns to straighten my teeth, but not after my girlfriend went thru with Eldorado Smiles. She paid a large down payment to start, and was scheduled to finish about August 2017. That is not going to happen. They have had 3 different Office Managers in there since she started with Invisaligns- One Manager said she can pay monthly for the rest of the balance, - the second Manager(when my girlfriend lost her job) said as long as she gets it paid off by August 2017, its okay. Then the third Manager wanted the balance paid off before they continue treatment. Now, they have trouble getting the Invisalign trays in- last month they told us they were in and we can pick them up. I got there, no trays-- then they said next next Monday the will be in, Nope, not in yet. My girlfriend is in the middle or just past middle of the treatment and has worn the old trays longer than she should have- they are getting dark/dirty and cant be cleaned anymore. She is not wearing the old trays anymore and her teeth are moving back to the original shape and she may have to start all over at a new Dentist. This has been a big waste of time and money....

Eldorado Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics has a convenient location, a kind and caring staff. If you have an emergency or a concern, they can generally work you in. Their prices are very competitive and the technology they implement is some of the best around. I have (now) had two root canals with crowns done here - these only take one visit as they make the crown onsite using the Cerec Cad/Cam system. They have worked me in for re-gluing a crown (from my prior dentist) last minute and late in the day! Im currently undergoing a implant procedure - I was originally concerned about the costs involved but was surprised to find out how affordable the implant is (compared to what I have heard from others and about what they have paid for implants). ***Update*** To Tom and other people who question my integrity or claim that I am a "plant" and that my comments are "too scripted"... Im sorry that if/when I have something to say, I like to say it in a verbose manner...
