I just left Jefferson dental clinic at 3:17 p.m. on December 5 2015. My appointment was at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:50 pm. at 1:30 I entered and was sat in a chair in which I Sat from 1:30 p.m. to 3 oclock p.m. I took a nap in the chair for half an hour. I heard an entire conversation about how one of the employees was thinking about getting back with her boyfriend which lasted about 25 minutes and all the other nurses chatting gave me the feeling I was in a nail salon. I watch a assistant let her family member into the back room to bring her three or four plates of foil covered plates of food. I played music on my phone loudly and nobody seems to care. Nobody really seem to be working. Sanitation does not seem to be a concern as I had my muddy boots resting on the equipment, drool left in the chair from my nap, and I basically played with all the equipment and nobody said anything as I was totally ignore from the time I sat down. I I was never told my dentist name or saw what he or she looked like, its as if there wasnt a dentist there I eventually left on my own accord without any explanation for the wait, without any offer to reschedule or any apologies for the wait. Apparently 9 months of dental assistant schooling doesnt equipped you with the knowledge to set appointments, inform the clients ,or be professional in any sense. I am the third person to give a bad review not only about not being seen after setting a schedule and complete unprofessionalism and incompetence. Do not leave your important dental needs in the hands of these people.

Had previously gone to another dentist saying I needed a root canal done. I came to Jeffersons and asked for a second opinion; did not need a root canal, instead they were able to save my tooth and took care of two other cavaties the previous dentists "missed". Thank you Jeffersons.

Love this office. The staff are All Wonderful. I never feel nervous and the office is always decorated in a theme and it is always a bright and cherry atmosphere. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the whole process.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This is a place where the dentist are a fraud. They are liars, Im going to try and save you the mistakes they did on me. Its up to you if you want to take the chance. The reviews are meant for something.

I had a root canal that they messed up real bad. I filed a lawsuit against them. I won.. Void this place.. They are only here to make money on sales. Do not care about you as a person. Your just a dollar sign with teeth.

Just went in today because of a broken tooth . I did not wait long at all . They checked me out and Ill be getting the work I need done today as well. Staff is very friendly ! No complaints here ! (:
