I should have known from the miscommunications ication making my appointment and checking my insurance that this was not the dental office for me, but the reviews were 5 STARS so I said hey we are all human no worries. My appointment is set Im on my way... well I Walked in at 12:52pm my appointment was at 1:pm. No one was at the front to great me so I began to fill out the new patient form I saw sitting on the counter ( just to be proactive) After 10 mins of being alone, the Admin person came up front and still did not acknowledge my presence ( she was helping another person so I assumed thats why she didnt greet me) once they left still no words were exchanged until I came up to turn in my paper work. After waiting 20 mins past my appointment with no explanation as to why ..I asked how much longer and I was told 10 more minutes

My first experience was "warming". They make you feel at home. They were constantly making sure if I was okay. Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my wait was too long..but was sort of my fault. My appointment was at 6. I got there at 4:50, thinking since I had already completed my paperwork and it was late in the day, I thought I would possibly get seen sooner..Didnt leave until 7:30, so I was exhausted..so I believe your appointment time IS your appointment time, which is not bad, so next time I know..I would recommend Sunflower Dental.

Dr Franklin is absolutely wonderful. Prices are fair and she did an excellent job on my teeth. I was told I needed a root canal by another dentist. I went to see Dr Franklin and she numbed me very gently and took care of my tooth. Ive had no problems with it and will continue to see her for work in the future.
