We have known Dr. Caballeros for a few year as his daughter and my daughter have been friends since kindergarten. Dr. Caballeros has always been a kind person, loving husband, and father (his 2 girls adore him). Of course I knew that he would be an amazing dentist as well but I wasnt aware of just how amazing until I recently became aware that he had his own practice. Were a family of 6 and money is tight. In the past we had not so great experiences with the dentist mainly due to a lack of compassion in trying to work with us on getting the care our children needed. We were discouraged and strayed away from the dentist, as a result our daughters teeth have not gotten the care they deserve and with their lack of attention to taking care of their teeth I just knew I needed to do something. I came to Dr. Caballeros and told him what we were dealing with and he agreed to work something out with us payment wise that would allow us to get our kids teeth healthy! We arrived at On Point excited and a bit nervous. I feared what we were going to find out and prayed that there wasnt too much permanent damage done by neglecting their dental care for so long. Dr. Caballeros was compassionate to our situation, he took plenty of X-rays, and gave them the best cleaning I think I have ever seen done on anyones teeth! He took time to go over their X-rays and tell us why their teeth were coming out the way they were and that it was more due to their tiny mouths and large teeth than the lack of care. I felt better informed than I imagined Id be walking out! Now that we are on track to good oral health for our children, I feel confident that they will have braces in the near future as they are not only getting the best care out there, they are better informed on how to care for their teeth. The experience was incredible from the time we walked into the office until we walked out. I left feeling like my kids are now getting the care they deserve and it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Our girls both exclaimed how great of a dentist he was, how kind, understanding, and how much they learned in that short time from him and asked if he can be their dentist "for always". Our answer, of course, was absolutely! We have 2 younger children we plan on bringing to see him next month and then shortly after, my husband and myself will also come to OnPoint for our dental care.

I went into this office yesterday. Before I called I was extremely apprehensive because I knew at least one of my teeth had a problem. Jamilla at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming over the phone that I had to go ahead and come in. When I got to the office Jamillas warm smile was there to greet me. She was just the first of the amazing people that work there. The second person I got to meet was Cabby. She was so friendly and conversational that I had completely forgot how much pain I was in. Enter Dr. Marco. This has got to be one of the most AMAZING people ever. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and even called me that night to check on me and make sure everything was going alright. I will soon be bringing my entire family to see him and his amazing staff. Thank you all so much!

From the moment I called OnPoint Dentistry till the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness, courtesy, understanding and a caring attitude. Jamilla is so pleasant and professional. Im terrified of going to the dentist and have avoided doing so for quite some time. When I first saw Dr. Marco, he was thorough, gentle, kind, polite and treated me with respect and no judgement. When I went back, Kelli did my cleaning and took her time and was also very gentle and caring. I have had a lot of teeth issues lately and I was worried about them and how much it would cost. But I walked in and sat down in the chair and was meet by a very honest trustworthy dentist. I now have a level of trust with this dentist because of how professional and how he got my teeth back to normal and did not charge me an outrageous price. He was very reasonable. What a great family dentist to have so much trust in. Also if you need a dental hygienist that you can trust in then schedule an appointment so you can make your teeth feel great!!!!!!!!

One of the best dentists Ive found in the Carrollton area! Ive been to a few since moving and couldnt find one I wanted to regularly go back and see, but Dr. Caballeros and his staff provided over the top care and comfort which eased some of my anxiety. Im having a tooth extracted and will need a tooth implant and they walked me through the steps plus everything I would need to know for after care and thoroughly made sure I understood. Ill definitely be using them in the future and will recommend neighboring friends!

Based on my background as a nurse in a big facility, I would highly recommend Dr. Caballero. He was thorough with his examination along with his detailed explanation. as a patient I can feel his passion for the job, he is approachable as a doctor and will consider pts preference without being judgmental. All his staff are very welcoming and smiling. Me being, surrounded with allot of doctors everyday, i consider Dr Caballero excellent in his practice and towards patients.

I am very pleased with the dental treatment I received from Dr. Caballeros and his staff. He explained the process of getting a crown step by step and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is so gentle, knowledgeable and caring! I have been to other dentists and it seemed they were trying to push for more abrasive treatment. On Point Dentistry is a 5 star dental office because theyre trustworthy and reasonable....even with the prices, worth every penny!
