Im being required by workmans comp to get an mmi rating from this Doctor . He was honest, informative & went by the book .That rating was not accepted by the thoroughly corrupt Texas Dept. Of Insurance for excuses too lengthy & ridiculous to get in to . I contacted this office @ least eight times ,personally . my worthless ombudsman at the time, Johanna Martinez, left a msg .ONCE ,when they were closed. My new ombudsman has also attempted to resolve the matter .This office has not responded yet .Absolutely irresponsible & consequently unprofessional. What is my recourse here ? Between Texas Dept of Insurance & the Doctor they require me to see here at this office Ive been conveniently, for both,in limbo while time to get this report is about to expire. This is what this country has come to be .NO ACCOUNTABILITY from the top down. What bleak future this nation has looming ahead .Makes me sick to my stomach.

Had the worst experience of my life. This medical center / urgent care is run like a family shop and they want all the business to themselves. The son doctor (Sayeed) talks like a businessman and he hates you if you ask questions that he doesnt know the answer for or it is a question he doesnt like. The most frustrating thing is that these scammers wont even refer you to another expert doctor for an medical issue you have that they cant solve or diagnose. This is because they want to keep the business to themselves. "No, we dont refer you to other doctors" was the plain reply from his foul mouth.How dare they do that. I have been to other urgent care centers and they have always been happy to refer me to experts. This whole place is a scam. They charge a hefty fees for a job that isnt well done. For Gods sake dont go to this place. Give the business to someone else and you will be happy you did.

Im going to have to call BS on the previous post. Ive gone to this clinic more than once and on every occasion the staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to care for your well being, It sounds like you were being pretty unreasonable with them Bradley. Also if you are seriously coughing up blood..... seriously, take yourself to the nearest emergency room. In my opinion Dr. S.Saeed (bother of the one mentioned below) is one of the best Doctors Ive ever been to in all my life. He knows his stuff to say the least, is highly intelligent, he seems to care and be concerned about whats wrong with you. As far as a walk in Clinic in north Austin..... this is the one to go to.

Very Upset With The Services Provided By The Female Doctor (Fernada). She was Very Unprofessional And Humiliated My Love One. I Dont Appreciate The Way She Handled Being Told That She Made A Person Uncomfortable And Went Out Into The Lobby To Discuss And Laugh About The Matter With Her Fellow coworkers. For One She Technically Sexually Harassed The Patient And Then Tried To Fail The Person On Their Physical To Be Mean. Most Definitely Wont Refer People To This Location As Long As That Doctor Is Working There And As For The Nurses They Need To Be Held Accountable As Well. Very Disgusted With This Location And I Will Have A Lawyer Look Into This Matter.

Ive mostly had good experiences here, having gone for most of my medical needs over the past 20 years, for ear infections, illnesses, and stitches one time. Today I had lingering numbness on a days-old finger cut and was worried about possible nerve damage. Dr. R. Esparza took the time to hear all of my concerns and answer all of my questions I had written on a card beforehand so that when I left I was confident that there were no serious problems, knew how to care for it while it heals, and what to watch out for. It was money well-spent, even though the doctor didnt need to administer any direct care. I have peace of mind.

My daughter slammed her finger in the door this evening and we headed over to Pro Med. The front office staff was courteous, the medical assistants were pleasant, and Dr. Saeed rocked! He had a great bedside manner with my 9 y.o. daughter. I told him hed make an excellent pediatrician. We were in and out of there in approximately 30 minutes. Dont be turned off by an office which is a little outdated with computers and aesthetics. Come here for fast and quality care!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience and care that I got from here. Dr. Savithri Fernando was the one that took care of me during my visit. Yes, the staff was welcoming and all, but the care that I received from Dr. Fernando was just above and beyond. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure that I understood the problem that I had. She made sure to make me feel at ease. I totally recommend meeting with Dr. Fernando.

I called the number listed here on a Sunday and they said to come in. I drove across town while deathly sick to find the location was closed. I called back and it turns out the number was at another location they also answered the phone for. I would not trust someone with my health that cant even manage their business information. On top of this, I believe not being open on Sunday would downgrade this to a normal doctors office, not a real Urgent Care Center.

There is a hispanic front counter woman who has this bad attitude towards people coming into the office. She has this look of disgust for anyone who asks questions. As a patient i waited for an hour and a half to be seen. We ask how long it will be and she is totally rude. She is the one with huge breasts, not be confused with the other nice hispanic women working there. Get rid of her and hire a more corteous staff.

Amazing care experience ! Doc Minto went above and beyond into making me feel comfortable and gave me the best advice and information I needed for treatment . Student practitioner in training was very nice and under Mintos tutelage Im sure hell do amazing things for future patients in the future :). Great work guys if I ever need non emergency urgent care again Ill be back !

The staff was nice, but the wait time was ridiculous. It just shouldnt take 2 hours to get a tetanus shot for a small cut. Exam room was a little funky - hair on the floor, also noticed dirt/dust on the visitors chair. In a medical environment, you cant just wipe down the seat & call it clean. *edit* location has changed hands or "rebranded" since this review.

The doctor and nurses were great. The employee who verified insurance, Leslie, was absolutely awful. It took my insurance representative to convince her that I was 100% covered. She was unprofessional at the very least, and incompetent at most. Not great when youre bleeding and in pain. Once you get past her, you will be fine.

I went there to see a doctor due to an accident, all the personnel is very helpful and efficient. First time here and I will come back if need it for emergencies. Doctor Fernando is the doctor I saw the most and she is a great doctor , she knew what to do about my neck injuries. Very grateful and pleased with her services!
