I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. The staff has always been very polite and helpful. Yes there have been times when I have had to wait even with an appointment. But thing and situations come up behind the waiting area that we are not aware of like emergencies. I personally know of this because I have been one of these emergencies. I have been taken out of the clinic at least twice in an ambulance. At the time I did not have an appointment with my primary care physician. So I seen by a PA who immediately was brought in by the nurse after taking my blood pressure and pulse. As the PA started working on me, the nurse called my primary care physician who drop what he was doing and rushed to the other side of building to work on me. After I was stabilized the ambulance was already there to take me to the hospital. My doctor, the PA and staff probably saved my life. I have great insurance and could go anywhere but I choose to stay here at Gonzaba. Love my doctor and this clinic. Respectfully, J. Aguilar

First time patient for Dr.Ana Su Chaing my friend was feeling really sick and all the Dr. was worried about only dealing with one issue at a time..she was upset that she had spent over 15 minutes with us...Now dont get me wrong I understand the respect for other patients scheduled times..but being that this was a new patient they should of scheduled more time..I just think it is very poor bad side manner when you have a patient who is feeling really sick and you treating them like a buisness....but for your Dr. to literally tell you while you are trying to explain is :"Ok, I have spent to much time with you"...makes you wonder if they really care or they just care about the buisness....will not ever go back and will reccomend that no one visits this center....

I recently had an appointment at the clinic , and I noticed in the patient instructions it said that I should return to clinic sooner if symptoms worsen . I realize that you should not wait to the last minute to seek treatment , but even with your extended hours , sometimes you cant make it on time. People do have to work.

I have been seeing Dr. Ortega for about a year. Dr. Ortega is someone who likes your numbers on the blood work to be around the levels they are suppose to be. He is a great Doctor to speak with and he seems to be a caring Doctor. I would recommend Gonzaba Medical Group to anyone that isnt a hiepo.

Dr Andrew Ortega has been my doctor for over 10 yrs he is exellent I can always go and get reaults and always helps me with any of my illness. His referrals are great as well and Im glad he makes sure he looks out for the best interest for his patients.

Bad experience twice. Uniformed, unhelpful staff. Incompetent office managers. Physician care was poor. Went to other med clinic and my experience was way better.
