I do not typically take the type time to write reviews but I had to post something after seeing the negative comments. Ive always fluctuated in weight, but in the last few years its been increasingly harder to lose anything no matter how hard I tried. I would always end up giving up and then just gaining more. After having my second daughter, a friend referred me to this clinic because I couldnt drop any weight and I was really upset about it. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Dr. Norton spent over an hour with me getting to know my life, my struggles, and my habits. Based on that, and the bloodwork/family history/EKG, she determined a healthy routine for me to adhere to. To be clear: this is not a magic weight loss center in the clouds where fairies sprinkle sparkle dust on you and *poof* you are at your ideal weight. This is a realistic life style change that is set up based on your body and what works for you. It will be challenging, and you will have to have self-control. For the first few months, I wasnt even given a work out routine beyond walking every day for at least 15 minutes. My main focus was resetting my diet and taking vitamins that my body was deficient in. Within two weeks, beyond even the weight loss, I felt amazing. I had energy and my joints werent aching anymore. Each month following, I go back for an appointment and it helps keep me accountable for the plan and my journey. Ive never had a bad experience in this office. Ive been going to this center, and seeing Dr. Norton, for 6 months now. I have lost 52 pounds after joining the center (72 total since having my daughter), and it is still coming off. (40+ of those pounds have been pure fat.) I do not take injections at the center, or do anything fancy, other than follow the diet Dr. Norton set for me. Anyone who does not get results, or has had a bad experience (unless maybe one of the staff members was just having a bad day, they are after all human) is most likely just being lazy and not wanting to put in the work. Dr. Norton will not sugar coat it for you, and if you walk in expecting her to be a magic fairy, she will tell you that it is not the right center for you. Its actually awesome, in my opinion, that a doctor will lay it out for you and not just take your money even though its obvious you wont do the work to get the results. If you are committed to losing weight, but struggle with the how, go to this center.

The staff is so warm, friendly & knowledgeable making you feel right at home. I had my lips injected with Juvaderm by the Nurse Practitioner Isabella & I am so pleased with my results!!! Isabella has an eye for detail, her technique & skill set is truly remarkable. Her artistic eye gave me a natural look with more volume & fullness. She used a strong numbing cream so I did not feel any discomfort from the injections & iced for the first 20 minutes afterwards while heading back to work. I experienced minimal to no swelling without any bruising, discomfort or downtime! I am a perfectionist by nature & Isabella does outstanding work! Thank you Medical Center Weight Loss clinic & Spa for achieving a high level of expertise & delivering quality results!!!!!

Im a new customer and when I walked in the door was greeted by a Friendly, Positive & Professional staff. The office was a very clean and positive atmosphere, Very surprised to get an appointment the same day. The nurse was Professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I was seen by the Doctor who ordered test and examined me to make sure I was healthy enough to take the medication she prescribed. I got high quality treatment & feel my health was more important than money. Ive been to a few weight loss clinics before & some whos prices were almost twice as much & dont come close to this clinic. Finally, I left feeling positive & Im 100% sure that Ill meet my weight loss goal, because Im been supported by the Doctor & staff. Veronica Dodgen

A Bad Staff Can Be A Great Drs downfall! The owner of this facility is very friendly yet professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his staff. Unfriendly and inept would be an accurate description of the the medical assistants.They should not be identifying themselves as "nurses" because it is against the law. I like the Nurse Practitioner, but sometimes she sounds less than confident which can be worrisome. Also some of the staff could take a little better pride in their appearance and their workplace. I had difficultly understanding one staff member because she had so many teeth missing. I would be pod if medical staffs lack of pride and character led to the demise of a business and reputation I had worked hard to build.

At first, I was very excited to come here with my fiancé. The first visit went well, but the following were awful. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and did not make it clear that they were not nurses...just secretaries. The nurse practitioner was also rude to me on my second visit, and yelled at me during the consultation saying that I was a "waste of her time". We stopped the diet, and will not be returning to this location. There are better offices out there that will take the time to make you feel like a valued customer, and this is not one of them. BEWARE.

Doctor Isabella was fantastic with Botox! She is not only conservative, but she has a temder touch and is painless!! im afraid of needles and she made me feel comfortable and certainly isnt aggressive nor insensitive. Ive lost 20 pounds already and cant wait to lose my next 20!! Wow! I just got my first Juvaderm treatment today! Dr. Isabella was so gwntle and patient with me. She said I should expect to look about 5 years younger, but I swear its more like 10 years younger. Im so pleased and even feel younger, softer, prettier. I love it!

I went in about a year ago as they advertised a Botox "special" I was excited to try it. Next thing I know, the Nurse comes in and examines the area and states I wasnt a candidate for it! It was devastating I had my hopes set on getting this no matter how much the cost was! She claimed my forehead had a fat pocket and she didnt want to take any chances! She recommended I go see a dermatologist and Bam-He completed the requested Botox and Ive gone back ever since! Dont get your hopes up here, go see a dermatologist if you want Botox:)

My husband and I have been going since August of 2013. Since then he has lost over 65 lbs and I have lost 40 lbs. If you follow her advice and do what she says it will work. If you dont then it will not work. I have tried many diets my whole life including Weight Watchers where I gained. This is great. I have many friends who have since joined and they are dropping the pounds too. No problems with the staff and Katherine ROCKS!!!!!

If you are ready to make a life change in your eating habits this clinic will guide you through the process and its up to you to follow the program that best suits you . If you are going to continue to eat junk and greasy food dont expect a miracle . You will never reach your goal . Eating healthy and exercising is the key ! Im on a routine now and with Dr Isabellas help I have lost 21 lbs . We all need that push . Dont give up !
