Avoid if possible. Ive been here about six times since February, so I have a pretty good idea of what you can expect. They work for employers, not you. While you are the patient, you arent treated with the deference you ordinarily would be. The staff is overburdened and dont feel as compelled to treat you like a true patient or a customer. You will feel like a number with a pulse. They are poor about seeing you soon after your appointment time. You will wait a long time in the lobby and in an exam room. It seems their business model is dependent on pushing numbers and you are just expected to wait at their convenience. It simply takes too long. If your employer or perspective employer is contracted with the. You may not have other options. If you do have other options, go elsewhere. Find a place more punctual and respectful than this.

Horrible clinic. Went once for a physical, wasnt checked in on time and physical form expired. Then the receptionist lied and claimed she returned all my forms and she didnt. After complaining, I finally was given all of them back Went a second time, had my pre employment physical done, asked to get a copy of the long form, was refused access to MY records because the receptionist said "you didnt pay for it, your employer did", yet it has to link to my drivers license. Office is full of unprofessional pencil pushers that play the blame game instead of helping you.

The receptionist is extremely rude and sarcastic while waiting I was told my service dog was not allowed (a federal offense) while kindly telling her my dog was allowed she gave me a rude glare. The wait was also tremendous. Definitely do not go here!
