I just had my second surgery at the Stone Oak location and I cannot say enough amazing things about this center and the staff. There was never a moment where I didnt feel like I was in the best care possible. There is something to say about making a patient feel warm and comfortable and having a genuine, authentic care for each one. I felt that times a thousand. They took what was a very scary and intensely nerve racking experience and made me feel at ease every step of the way. I am Forever grateful for this amazing staff.

I had knee surgery this morning at the Stone Oak location and was so nervous. Every single person you come in contact with from the admin staff to the nurses and doctors were wonderful. My nurses Kathryn, Robert and Sheila were fantastic and made you feel comfortable and calm. They also were so kind to my parents who truly appreciated their diligence in taking care of me. Thank you to everyone for being "super heroes" on this chilly Friday. (All the awesome nurses were wearing Super Hero scrubs!)

My 17 yr old Grandson had surgery yesterday. Everyone -from admission to discharge- was friendly, professional & caring. His doctors & nurses were outstanding, answered all questions & kept us informed every step of the way. It was clean & quiet with a comfortable waiting area, when we could not be with him. Coffee & snacks were available. I am very glad we chose Stone Oak Methodist for his procedure. They take good care of the patient & care for the family, as well.

Horrible experience. Bad Customer Service. Less than 1 week before surgery and they still did not have me in their system and could not tell me a cost. Argued with me as to if I knew the doctors name and if I had the right location. No one seems to know anything. Needless to say, after speaking with them all day long, I did not feel comfortable having surgery at this location. I canceled instead. Scared to think of how unorganized everything is there...

My wide needed surgery for carpal tunnel. She scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. It is now noon the day before, we still dont have a time for the procedure tomorrow so we cant make arrangements for someone to watch our children and they just called yesterday to inform us they needed $1500 before they could do the procedure. We cant afford that and they are unwilling to work out a payment schedule with us. From now on we are requesting Baptist surgical center

Had a rotator cuff repair and subacromion decompression on left shoulder. It went the way I wanted it to, and I felt relief instead of concern preoperative and postoperative. All of the staff were kind and sincere. Id recommend everyone have surgery here!

The doctor was very over weight and when he talked to me he had his beer belly literally 5 inches from my face and it made me even more uncomfortable and sick. I did not get treated at all and I had to leave asap.

had an appointment at 1030am they called and moved it to 830am... we get here at 830 and do nothing but sit till 1030... wtf??? get ur act together!!!

The staff is sooooo nice from the front desk to the nurses station. I will definitely recommend anyone to that surgery facility.

I have been here twice. Great staff and relaxing recovery. The place is always cold. Bring a jacket.
