I have never been here before until my friend recommended me to this location since its close to where I reside. They had a high volume of patients, which I understand why the wait was so long. When I finally did get seen however, the PA (Miller) was knowledgeable and very nice as well as her assistant. Shortly after, I was confused about where to go and what to do because the receptionists werent thorough with instructions. I then got sent to the Lab to draw blood for required tests. The ladies there were absolutely rude. They were just rushing to get out of there. A lady called my name, asked for my DOB, and told me to sit down. She then started the process to draw my blood, all well gossiping with her co worker about all the stuff and (patients) they had to deal with and wanting to leave home already -very unprofessional. It was very uncomfortable for me. The other worker then went to the waiting room to call another patient, but turns out she was calling my name! They had already drew my blood, (took her two times to find my vein) and then they tell me that they had it mixed up the whole entire time!! And had to draw again because they drew for the wrong test and for the wrong patient. Like seriously!!!? They both werent even sincerely sorry for the mix up or inconvenience at all which made me furious. I cant believe what experience I had had. There are just some people who care about their job and those who dont unfortunately.

Bad experienced their staff , customers services are Zero. The patients are suffering from high fever and sore throat but they arent sending the prescription on time to your pharmacy. Almost the second day I am calling for the prescription but nobody wants to help.

Long wait will never take you on time always have to wait an hour or longer for appointment and 3 months just to het another appointment. But great Dr. Jacobs. She is a blessing to my husband and I.
