I did not have a good experience here. I had a procedure done here and was unhappy with my results. I tried to explain why I was unhappy and the dr tried to make it seem like there was just such a huge difference in my results. Let me speak on that. Of course my body looks different from the pictures yall take because you make me look 300lbs in the before pics that the dr takes. As you can see the black and white pictures are the ones the dr took. And in my pictures I look no where as big as he made me look. And these were all before the procedure. But back to me expressing how unhappy I was. He tried to play it down like I was wrong. No Im the client I was in tears because of how unhappy I was. So his partner I guess I dont know who she is had him leave the room because he was being rude and not understanding. So she sat and spoke with me and I explained he is one of those drs thats in it for the money not the patient. But she said he would fix his work so I came back in to have the procedure done. Skip forward while I was on the table in pain of course. There was a assistant that was massaging my shoulders to help me relax but clearly she was all in my damn phone while I was texting my fiancé that is in Afghanistan to help keep me calm. And how I know this is the fact that when I text my fiancé I didnt want to go through the pain she walks away and tells the dr what I text my fiancé and then the dr stops and starts asking me if Im ok and if I wanted to continue. I do not approve of this. Why are you over me reading my personal business in my phone while Im typing then run to the dr and tell him what I text. I know he didnt want to do the procedure over but guess what correct your work so you patient leaves satisfied. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. And they can also remove my photos from their site do to the fact that it is false advertising. Because I never looked 300lbs. Before procedure I was 207 after I was 205 and Im 5"11 so that aint fat.

Not sure why all the negative reviews... I just got my botox treatment here today, so I will update this once I see the results (botox takes a few days to kick in), but I have nothing but positive to say about this business. Nobody here was rude, they were very accomodating. I went in 5 days ago for a consult, scheduled my treatment to be done the next day. That morning I had to cancel because my daughter stayed home sick from school, the rescheduled me for the next day, but I had to cancel that one too, same reason. Yesterday I called and scheduled for today. I accidently fell asleep before my appt time, and woke up to their phone call, 10 mins after I was supposed to be there, and they were so very understanding and nice, told me to come in anytime in the next couple hours. I got there, they got me right in to the doctor, did my treatment, and all was good. The doctor is very nice, professional, and knows his stuff. Amanda (both an office person and assistant to the doctor during my procedure) was so nice, complemented my shoes, honored a mixup in the price, and was just all around great. So I dont know what all the fuss is as far as reviewers saying the staff is rude and stuff. They were far from it. I will update once I see the botox results, but Im positive the results will be good, and my review will stay 5 stars. Thanks, HealthNet, you all are awesome in my book... edited to add, I went back for my touchup, needed a bit more, the lady that did it this time was fantastic, after the touchup kicked in, I look and feel amazing and will for sure return here again and again as long as I am in the San Antonio area. We travel a lot for my husbands job

Not just a cosmetic place. They also do FANTASTIC general practice. I have been going for two years now and they have NEVER even tried to talk me into any sort of cosmetic procedures. They can ALWAYS get you in quick, sometimes even the day you call. I go there for general stuff - when I am sick, physicals, blood tests, etc. They always take their time with you and it feels like they spend AT LEAST 10 minutes with you and they really slow down and explain things to you. Like cholesterol numbers, sugar numbers, etc. The first time I pulled into the parking lot and saw their sign, I was like "oh no....." But after walking through that door for the first time, I have been very satisfied with the doctors and the ENTIRE staff. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and would recommend them to all. I have not used their cosmetic treatments, so I can not vouch for that aspect. Just their general practice treatment.

Though this clinic does not look like the typical medical setting when you walk in, it is definitely very professional and the staff is very attentive. Went there due to a recommendation and was very pleasantly surprised. One of the most knowledgeable doctors in bio-identical hormone therapy! Boy was I glad I went (& so is my husband). Thanks Brenda for telling me about this...

I had no idea that this was a general practice until I found it through my insurance. I like that I can get an appointment pretty quickly and unlike other doctors offices, I dont have to wait 3 hours to be seen even when I have an appointment. I have seen both Dr. Reyes and Dr. Herrera and had a great experience with both of them. I would definitely reccomend.
