Is been a great experience having this awesome people helping me recover from my previous auto accident. I can really count on each doctorn and staff here, so far there hasnt been any problems with anything. Is been a good choice attending to this sessions for recovery.

My experience here was okay! There was some good aspects and things that......lets just say could be worked on. The front desk receptionist Jessica was great! She was very professional and friendly! Dr. Patel was nice, he was to the point. He explained what I had going on in detail, to where I could understand. We went over my options and got started on everything right away. Now for the downside. I wont bash the staff. Several of my appointments were missed scheduled, mind you I was driving from Killeen. The medical assistant Alana, can be very unprofessional and smart at the mouth if she has not ate. Well at least thats how she explained to me on the day she was rude and unprofessional with me. Mind you she did apologize later that day and we hug but, you cant treat your customers like crap because you havent ate. Berry whom is the office manager. When I ran into my issue with Alana I gave him a call. He heard me out and advised he would take care of it. However, he never followed back up with me. I had to call him. Overall not a bad place however customer service training is needed big time. Although the doctors are awesome, if the people you run across before even being seen for your appointment are rude and unprofessional make you not even want to continue with your appointment.

I was directed to Pro-Care Medical Center (and Dr. Daniel Rasor and his nurse assistant Mimi) through an Executive Health program my company was offering as part of my health insurance benefits. I decided to take advantage of it because I was looking for a new PCP anyway, and thought why not? ANYWAY, I could not have gotten luckier than getting assigned to this practice and Dr. Rasor. When a health issue was discovered as part of some of the routine scans I had, Dr. Rasor was all over coordinating with the radiologist and calling me personally to make sure I understood what was going on, providing recommendations for referral doctors and follow-ups, and having Mimi check in with me as well to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions I might have. SO THANKFUL and frankly impressed. Excellent follow-up! Also, the facility on 391/2 St. (the location I went to) looks newly renovated and is spanking clean and well-appointed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and, while it was packed when I first got there (obviously a robust practice, which I think speaks well for their work - that people want to go to those doctors!) I was still seen on time and in good order. Thank you for the good work and care!

The doctors are okay. THe office staff in a word SUCKS. Example. I had an appt to go to see doctor about getting shots in my neck. 60+ min drive to Austin, see doctor for 5 min. Get told that I have to make an appt to get the shots. So 60+ min drive back home. THe wash rinse repeat just to get the shots. I had to take a total of a day off from work and drive 240+ miles for what should have been a 120+ mile trip and 30 min at the most. After the shots the assistant said I would be contacted in 2 weeks to discuss how I was doing. 3 weeks later no calls. I contact my attorney and a week later I find a missed call today from Procare. I called them up and found out that they had made an appt for me FOR TODAY. So I guess I was supposed to drop everything, leave work on a dime, driver over an hour to get there, get seen (probably for another 5 min) and drive over an hour to get back home. If this office wasnt what my attorney was working with I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will be letting my attorney know this as well.

I was referred to Pro-Care Medical Center by David Klem and met with Dr. Wells. He was very knowledgeable and referred me to get an MRI. They called me to set up the appointment, making everything effortless on my part and quickly followed up with me upon receiving the results. I was extremely impressed with the effort put in by Courtney. I have NYS insurance which can be quite difficult to deal with and she managed to find places that would accept my insurance that even my insurance company couldnt seem to do. Having patients names written on the board the day of appointments is a cute touch as well! I highly recommend going here.

Pro-Care has been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Wells and David Klem did a phenomenal job rehabbing my shoulder, so much so that I did not hesitate or think twice about returning when I injured my knee. I felt welcomed right off the bat, everyone went above and beyond to find the root cause of my pain, and the entire staff is as friendly as one can get. I’ve recommended Pro-Care to my friends and customers and will absolutely continue to do so. Fingers crossed that I do not have any injuries once my knee is as good as new, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going.

After fearing my back would be a lost cause I started coming to ProCare and, with their rehabilitation program, I improved quite a bit. The staff here is kind, friendly, and helpful with every step of the way. Great service, would recommend to anyone experiencing back pain or discomfort. < Prior to ending the "Conservative Care" steps. Jan 17th update: Since going from Conservative Care to Pain Management since I havent recovered from my injuries, Ive had a much different level of service from ProCare which has me quite worried about the outcome of their care.

While the staff and Physician were very professional this place just isnt it for me as a primary care office. After many mistakes I had an exchange of emails with the CEO, who it turns out is very childish and prone to lashing out, rather than discussing an issue like an adult. Its great if you are a happy patient, but dont ever complain about something or expect an attack!

Just finished up with Dr. Jill Hyten (neurologist). She was extremely knowledgeable great bedside manner with a great work ethic as she finished my report that same day so I could get it to my other doctors, great job! The staff was exceedingly nice very easy to work with even in my grumpy mood and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend their service.
