This appointment was for my elderly mother (67 yrs) for her annual examination and dental cleaning. Visited the office location at 21450 Kuykendahl road, Spring, TX 77379. We had our new patient documents filled out ahead of time. The check in process was seamless and was attended to within 5 minutes of registering at the desk and handing over applicable documents. Catherine- Dental Hygienist was really sweet and patient with my mother. She explained every step of her process. Dr. Tea was very nice dealing with my mother especially since mother doesnt like to visit Dr.s office. The entire staff made it so easy for us to be in and out. Keep up the good work. Best part was, when requested for medical records along with digital x-ray copies due to extend overseas travel, we received it via email within 10 minutes of submitting the record release . Elizabeth was very prompt. I like this place, Staff & their efficiency so much that I have setup for visit as well. Only request is to have more extended or weekend hours to help working folks to have easy access to such amazing dental practices.

Very professional. I have been here twice now and am very pleased. Dr. Emily Ryu is everything that a good dentist should be - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I had gone to Castle prior and was quoted an outrageous estimate whereas here at Carus, they only plan to treat the problem areas and charge for that instead of charging triple the amount for work that really doesnt need to be done. For great customer service, professional and honest staffing, and decent pricing - this is the place to go. I have finally found a dentist I would like to stick with for a long time - Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!! This place is absolute the worst, DO NOT waste you time and money in this office... They dont care about patient health or their teeth, only thing they care is the money in your pocket. The staff here are rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionists. I cannot believe, they got two review saying their staff are "friendly"? Maybe that is true three years ago, but not anymore.

Came on a Wednesday afternoon. Waited 2 minutes and was admitted(I did have an appointment). Hygienist was nice and polite, efficient. Dr. Tea was also very friendly, informative and descriptive with the treatment plan. They verified my insurance and detailed the cost very well. Overall as a first visit it went pretty smooth. Have my next visit scheduled, will try to review again.

Very good customer service every time I to in Tip: Make an appointment so you dont have to wait. They usually schedule you for your next appointment after your current one if you need follow-ups. Got Christina as my hygienist this last time she went thru, examined teeth and cleaned all teeth. She went into a brief explanation of what the exam showed and what that meant. 5/5
