I am a new patient here. I had to change dentists because my past dentist didnt accept my insurance. The dental hygienist is fantastic! Shes the best Ive ever been to. I cant remember her name--she has a light accent and is from a large family. I would go here just for her excellent service and personality. However, I got the feeling the dentist was trying to make a lot of money off me. Granted, I hadnt been to the dentist in a year. But he decided I needed two caps and surgery on my gum because it was receding. The gum problem was obvious to me. But Im not sure about the caps. Im not having any pain after-all. Then, they made an appointment with a dental surgeon they work with who doesnt accept my insurance without telling me before I saw him for a consultation! Luckily, I didnt end up paying his fee and he accepted what my insurance would pay him. You would think if a dental office is going to work with a particular professional they would accept the same insurances. I will keep going and see how it goes.

I came to Dr. Hannawis practice after a bad experience with another local dental practice over 4 years ago. I have had wonderful experience at Attleboro Family Dental. My hygienist Kim, is excellent and always gives me great tips on cleaning and flossing. Dr. Hannawi has been wonderful! I have had 5 crowns successfully done. Each crown fit perfectly in ONE visit. All without any pain or discomfort. He is very considerate and always checks on my level of pain. My granddaughter now attends this same practice and she looks forward to her visits and is not the least bit afraid of "going to the dentist".

First, I was changing dentists, and I checked out their website and everything looked good. My first appointment was a cleaning and only that. The hygenist with dark hair and glasses measured my gums with a special periodontal tool, and I asked what is this? She replied, oh we have to do this its the law. I call bs on that because I have never had a cleaning where this was done. A couple of weeks later I get a bill from them for the remainder of my "portion" of the payments for the measurement. I was never informed this would cost me extra, or anything. F this place because I hate being lied to

Dr. Hannawi inherited me when he took over this practice. He did a thorough evaluation at our initial appointment. He identified some serious issues but assured me, "We can fix this." And he did. Now, over a decade later I am still enjoying the best oral health I have ever had and believe me when I tell you, I was well on my way to dentures! Thank you so much, Dr. Hanawi. You are incredible...an artist! And your staff is awesome (Donna, Maria, Krystal...the best). I feel like family. I have recommended this practice to many friends and family and they all feel the same way.
