From the start I knew I was making the right choice revisiting my dental issues with your office. Karen scheduled my first appointment and was so sweet and patient with me on the phone. I immediately felt comfortable in the office during my first visit. Jen at the front desk was so genuine and helpful doing everything she could to help me understand my insurance policy. I was then greeted by another exceptionally kind person, Jenny. The second I sat down it was like Id visited for years, we chatted like we knew each other. I ended my first visit with talking to Dr. Sullivan who was incredibly comforting (everyone always feels like they have the worst teeth the dentist had ever seen). She reassured me this wasnt the case and guaranteed a great plan would get me on my way. She really eliminated my fear and I was actually excited to make progress with my teeth. I had my second appointment today and I was really ready to dive in. I half expected this visit to be routine (not as friendly), Im traumatized by my old dentists insensitive attitude. Low and behold this visit went twice as well as the first. Karen greeted me at the front desk and she went above and beyond, trying her best to help me budget and afford all the things I would need done. I really felt like she knew where I was coming from and truly understood all the extra money this is costing. After she helped me I had my cleaning with the hygienist Lori. Wow was she fantastic. She was so gentle, so informative, and again so patient. I didnt get much done but it was fabulous. She was always cautious about how much pain she was causing. Always curious about how comfortable I was. I then was graced with the presence of Dr Edita. I was honestly honored that she came over to introduce herself to me and offered to do anything she could to help. After I left my visit today I was brought to tears in my car so overjoyed about the new dentist office I belong to. I thank each and every one of you and am so grateful for all that you do on a daily basis

My wife and I drive 60 miles to Mansfield from Cape Cod to receive our dental care at Dynamic Dental. We have very high regard for the professional skills of both the treatment and administrative staff. Why? The treatments are clearly done in the most skilled, professional, and effective way. Done right the first time. Crowns are made in the office for perfect fits and no need for multiple appointments. The most modern equipment is used such as digital X-rays and cleanliness is clearly a priority for all staff. Appointments and billing are done with consideration for the patient. Automated reminders, flexibility when needed, and an outstanding knowledge of insurance plans is a great help to patients. Finally, it is about attitude. This husband and wife team, leading and inspiring their staff of dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff, have built an environment of professionalism with a clear focus on outstanding patient care, but also outstanding patient experience with concern for comfort, positive attitudes, and smiles to greet you. We highly respect and appreciate this team and recommend them to all who are looking for high quality dental care.

I and other family members have been using Dynamic for about 4 years I guess. If you are apprehensive of going to the dentist, this is the place for you. I am a baby boomer. When I was young dentists were EVIL. If you needed a filling or a tooth pulled you got a weak shot of Novocaine (which never worked). Then the dentist would go to town regardless of whether he/she was causing you pain or not. If you were in pain you were more or less told to suck it up and stop being a baby. Dynamic Dental has extinguished 50+ years of fear in the very first appointment I ever had with them. They tell you that you will not feel any pain, that they wont hurt you. I am telling you as a once fearful patient that you can take that to the bank. You will not feel any pain, they will not hurt you! The dentists, technicians and support staff are some of the most professional and nicest people I have ever dealt with. Special thanks to Karen who makes your visit a pleasant experience from the time you walk in the door until you leave with a smile. I hope that she is well paid, if not she deserves a big raise.

I have been a patient at Dynamic Dental for over 5 years...and never before have I been able to honestly say that I look forward to going to the Dentist! The entire team is very caring and take the extra step to do the little things to make you feel comfortable. From something as simple as being on time for appointments (every time - I have NEVER waited in this office) to the thoughtful follow-up calls to see how you are feeling after a procedure, Dr. Edita and her team are very caring and incredibly professional. I love that they invest in cutting edge technologies so you always know you are getting the most current options in dental care. I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone looking for quality, professional, and caring dental services.

Dynamic Dental lives beyond any expectations you could possibly have for a dental office...or any office for that matter. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they always makes you feel so welcome. The service provided is top notch, whether its the front desk staff, the dental hygienists or the doctors, you can always expect nothing but the best. I have always recommended this office to anyone looking for a friendly, modern, state of the art dental office that treats each and every patient the way we all should expect to be treated. There are certainly other offices that may be closer to where I live, but some things are worth traveling the extra miles for...Dynamic Dental is definitely one of them.

I LOVE MY DENTIST! Yes never thought Id even like going to the dentist but this office is different from all others and is truly a cut above the rest!!! Ive had really bad experiences at a couple different offices so needless to say I neglected my teeth for a while because I was in fear of going back to any dentist. I chipped a tooth so I was forced to make an appointment and figured Id try Dynamic Dental. I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!! It was truly the first time Ive been to the dentist and had a great experience, totally pain free. Everyone is super friendly and always greets you with a smile and calls you by name. I HIGHLY recommend Dynamic Dental!!!

For years I could not stand going to the dentist. It was always an unpleasant experience dating back to my first dentist as a child. Everything I thought I knew about dentistry changed after my first appointment with Dr. Edita Outericka and her team. The practice is warm and inviting, the entire team knows your name, the equipment is state of the art and the experience from a cleaning to a filling to a crown is pain free! In all the years of dreading a visit to my Dentist I look forward to every visit and my teeth and smile have never been better!

I broke my tooth when I was hit in the face with a metal bar. Edita was able to patch it up so well that I cant even tell it happened and apparently its much stronger now. The greatest part was probably the speed at which they did it; I arrived at 1:30 for a 1:30 appointment and unlike most doctors visits they got right to me and I was out of there by 2! All in all great people, skilled and speedy service, and a modern up-to-date office. I would highly recommend them for all dental work. Why anyone would go anywhere else is beyond me! E
