The team at Gentle Dental in South Attleboro are FANTASTIC! Dr. Ed Roberts is just about the most approachable doctor you could ever hope to find! Hes always concerned (even more concerned than me... you know, the girl actually IN the chair!) about causing discomfort or pain during procedures and is more than patient if you are nervous or curious about what they are doing. He and the dental assistants all have this great repore with one another that puts you right at ease. Michelle cleans my teeth every time I come in for a cleaning, and what a fabulous job she does! We have laughed together about how much she loves what she does. So sweet, and so very friendly, I sincerely look forward to seeing her every three months. The women who work at the front desk are always friendly and well-organized and will do everything in their power to help you schedule an appointment, find out about your health coverage, or just greet you with a smile and a "hello." The little things all add up to a big wonderful experience at Gentle Dental: I really appreciate the way that the doctors take the time to walk you to the front of the office and they ask the receptionist to work with you to book another appointment. I honestly feel that the medical staff are there to work with you as advocates for your dental health. I have had past experiences elsewhere where a dentist seemed to be more concerned about maximizing the amount of excuses to put filling in my teeth (which I figured meant more money in his pocket from my health insurance.) This is anything but the case now that Im at Gentle Dental. Dr. Roberts (upon my first visit) cautioned me about a handful of sore spots on my death and gave me recommendations about how to heal them and avoid needing fillings. (Advice like switching to a mouth wash with floride, cutting out soda completely and flossing to remove bacteria rather than stuck food.) I went from being told I would need 7 to 9 fillings at my previous dentist to only getting one and being handed a clean bill of oral health! Seriously, my fellow Attleboro-ites, we are lucky to have such a great health resource in our backyard!

I have been going to "Dr. Joe" at Gentle Dental for several years now and although I spend more time in FL than in MA, he is still the only dentist I care to visit because I feel he is truly the best. The staff at Gentle Dental are warm, friendly and professional and Dr. Joe is kind, caring and the most polite dentist you will ever visit. He is a perfectionist and you will not leave the chair until he is safisfied that everything is absolutely the best it can be. This is also the place to go for "painless dentistry!" The prices and fees are reasonable by comparison so what else could one look for??

I went to Gentle Dental for the first time when my wisdom teeth started giving me trouble. I was half an hour late, yet the staff was so kin and friendly and still managed to fit me into the dentists schedule. Dr. Ziegler made me feel so at ease and explained everything patiently and clearly and answered all of my questions, and the dentists assistants who took my X-rays were professional and made the process as quick as possible. 100% would recommend to others! note: Apple maps sends you to a location half a mile up the road. Use google maps to get the right place!

I finally had an extraction that I had put off for many years b/c like everyone else I was way too nervous. Once I got there Dr. Robinson reassured me I was going to be okay, he was a very nice person that cared about my well-being throughout the entire procedure. He was talking me through everything they were doing! Although, I was still nervous during the whole procedure---my nerves wouldnt stop! lol. He still tried his best to make me feel comfortable, which I appreciated PS...I just wished I had headphones to cover up some of the noises I heard lol

I made a appointment by phone and I was told that I was gonna be seen for the special they had for the 57 dollar for exray and exam and cleaning and the only thing they did was exray are u kidding me after they told me I was gonna get all that for the special but it didnt happen after they were done they gave a statement for a next appointment for 1500 hundred dollars what a joke that place is never again like if I have 1500 hundred in my pocket ... my point dont lie to ur clients and bring there hopes up for nothing

The staff at Gentle Dental were amazing!!! I was already nervous about going to a new dentist. Right away they made me feel at ease. Once I saw Dr Capua, I felt even better. He was very "GENTLE" with me after knowing my past history with dental treatment. I would truly tell all me family and friends to come here if they are looking for a new dentist. Thank you, Dr Capua and staff for making my visit a good experience!

I have been going to dr joe and his staff for many years. they are all wonderful. if he ever leaves I will have to find a new dentist elsewhere or follow him wherever he goes. I am not really a fan of any dentist but dr joe is a good guy. colleen at the front desk is great ( as are her seasonal decorations!) & Brittney my hygienist is a peach. go there...you will be happy you did.

Im moving out of state and I know I wont find a dentist office like this one. To be honest, Ive never been a fan of the dentist but as soon as I started at Gentle Dental with Dr. Capua, I felt at ease and completely comfortable. I dont know if ill ever enjoy going to the dentist, but I always know I will receive amazing dentistry in the most comfortable environment. Thank you!!

The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The woman that did my xrays was fabulous and the doctor that did the exam was also very nice and informative. Explained everything every step of the way and helped set up a plan fit perfectly for me. I became a new patient and I feel all my anxiety about the dentist was put at ease.

Nothing. I have not seen the doctor yet. Was happy in the beginning and they cancelled my appointment 3 times this year. Have a raging toothache and explained this. Never said youll be seen Dr is late. Nothing just left me waiting until I got up to leave and then acknowledged me. No thanks. Ill go to Boston and see a dentist.

I had to get a root canal done and was postponing it as I had heard horror stories about the procedure. Dr Mortelliti dispelled all my fears and made the whole experience a breeze. Thank you! Thank you! I would highly reccommend Dr Mortelliti for all your dental needs.

The staff at Gentle Dental in Attleboro,MA were so nice. Dr Jawandha was so very nice! He worked so hard on my extraction and I thought it was wonderful that he called me to check up on how I was feeling. Thank you! I will refer anyone I can.
