I am sorry you are upset about receiving a bill for your dental services. We have been in business for 30 years and we’re proud of the way we have processed dental claims for all of our patients. Dental insurance covers a portion of your treatment, and the part you are responsible for is called a copay. I have talked with Terri at the front desk, and she has informed me that she did go over the copayment portion with you prior to the appointment. She stated that you have 50% coverage for this procedure, and that the copay would be approximately $500. If this is not the case, please feel free to call me at the office to discuss your concern.

Avoid this place, they will not provide you with billing information about how much it will cost you out of pocket for their services and then will stick you with a huge dental bill at the end. They will not give you the cost even after you ask them multiple times until after youre done and then surprise you with a huge dental bill. Deceptive billing practices Not coming back here again!

Ive been going to Dr. Casarella for years. Hes efficient, professional, and always has done a great job for me. His dental assistants (I think thats the proper name) are always nice and do a good job as well. Best of all, his office always runs on time. Cant beat that!
