STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS LOCATION/OFFICE My experience with the front desk is: ME-Hi I came 2 months ago for the $57 special but I m seeing another dentist now.I would like a copy of my bite-wings x-rays and the treatment plan.they didnt charge me(surprised) OLD BLONDE LADY(Front desk)-No problem,and she e-mails me the "bite-wings x-rays and treatment plan". ME-So thats all the right stuff right? FRONT DESK-yes you are all set I left forwarded the e-mail to my other dentist just him to tell me that they sent me the wrong x-rays pano film INSTEAD OF BITE-WINGS.2 days later I call Haley picks up, I asked for the same thing(bite-wings) clarifying my dentist said is NOT the right one.He needs the bitewings X-rays NOT the pano film.She charged me $25 sent me another email forwarded to my dentist again and its STILL the wrong one I call them again ME--Haley picks up I would like a copy of my bitewing X-rays my dentist told me you sent me the wrong one. HALEY--Karen the office manager sent you the email hold on KAREN--We never took bitewing X-rays for you ME--2 times Im asking for bitewing X-rays and you sent me the pano film .what kind of IDIOTS work in your office?Do you guys know what bitewing X-rays are?I want my refund now. 3 weeks later (long time) got my $25 refund NEVER AGAIN HERE

Waltham Gentle Dental is Awesome! I recently had the pleasure of having my teeth straightened by Dr. Girschek using Invisalign. From the first visit to the last, he was patient, pleasant and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to explain how the system worked,the expected outcome (which is amazing), and the length of time I would be wearing the trays. The results are exactly as I envisioned prior to the appointment and my teeth are straight and beautiful. Not only is he an incredibly skilled dentist, but he has a calming chair-side manner which makes you feel like you’re in good hands. His assistants Jenny is on top of everything and does an amazing job. I was also impressed with the front desk staff. They always had smiles on their faces and a pleasant attitude each time I walked through the door, and were attentive and accommodating with each interaction. Thank you Dr. Girschek and staff for such a pleasant experience.

Dr. Girschek and his team are an amazing group of professionals. They took extra time to explain to me all of the different options I had for my dental needs. When it came to pricing, I found their fees very reasonable. Dr., Girschek was very attentive during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. The receptionist was helpful when I needs to change an appointment due to a scheduling conflict that popped up unexpectedly. I have recommended a few close friends to the Gentle Dental office in Waltham and they have had the same experience, one of them got the new Invisalign service instead of braces and her smile looks amazing now.

YES. Train your front office staff and managers on insurance coverage OR hire the right people.What kind of idiots work in your offices??? they didnt know that my Delta Dental of Georgia covers for post and crowns not to mention that they were yelling at me and my husband about the coverage just to go home find out for the 5th time that they cover me 50%. the same experience or worse in the Methuen office.Im sick to my stomach of doing somebody else job Gabriela/Daniella and Meghan in the front office Waltham location, Lucy and the blonde girl in Methuen office are lost in space.WAKE UP!!!!!!!!

I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Gentle Dental!! I have had a handful of experiences with other Dentists in the past, not one can compare to Dr. Girschek and his team! Dr. Girschek is the most knowledgeable, gentle and caring Dentists by far! He made sure I was completely comfortable at all times and explained everything to me before and after my treatment. His front staff team is friendly, caring and go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Hygiene was an absolute joy, and I can not wait for my next cleaning with Kelly! See you all soon!

After years of being with a bad dentist, it was a pleasant surprise to find Gentle Dental, Dr. Girschek is the best, He fixed a lot of problems, he explains, is very nice as well as his staff. Its very nice to have all the services in one place. Every one at this location is professional, and now is it a pleasure to go. I cant say enough about this. I have recommended Gentle Dental to several of my friends and they are also very happy. If you want to have a good Dentist, this is the place to go.

They need to re-evaluate who they have hired. I have been seeing Dr. Girschek who is good. But the last time i went, there was this asian girl working with him. I would highly recommend rescheduling if you see this girl or request someone else. She was working on my crowns and it was obvious she had no clue what she was doing. Not to mention she was very rude and gave me an additude when i explained that my teeth were sensitive. Aside from this experience all my other visits went well.

I have been a patient for 18 years and cant say how wonderful the office is. Dr. Girschek is wonderful he makes you feel at ease and not worried. He is a perfectionist my crowns, bonding, whitening are all perfect. Jenny his assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. Kelly and Janet the hygenists have been there for years and do a wonderful job as does Karen the office manager and all the front desk. All in all a pleasure to go to this office.

I love my dentist Dr. Rob Girschek. Not only is he tall dark and handsome, hes also a great dentist. Dr Rob has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. And although I am by no means an Anti-Dentite, Dr. Rob and his staff always make my dental visits fun and stress free . If youre searching for a great dental practice with very reasonable fees give Gentle Dental and Dr. Girschek and his staff a try, you not be disappointed

They do good work, fast and you dont have to wait a long time for the appt, but beware of the billing,,, They tend to make expensive mistakes, If your not aware of what your insurance covers..check with your insurance company before you go .If you change insurance carriers, you may have to tell them several times before they update your records .If you know your coverage and can do the math, it is a good place to go

I Had a Cap put in in September 2010 and in July of 213 it fell out. I called to see what they could do and they tell me I have a balance of 710.00 Because my insurance did not cover it. However when I went in to the office in 1012 they never mentioned a balance. So I have spent all of this money and my cap is out. So do not go to this rip off place. They make mistakes do bad work and you keep paying.

Dr.Girschek and his staff make the experience going to the Dentist a comfortable one.
