Today was my very first day as a patient of Capron Park Dental and, thankfully, my experience could not have been better. Often times those big, corporation-type dental practices make you feel like an insignificant account number instead of a patient. Consequently, I have been looking for a caring, professional, hometown dentist like Capron Park Dental for quite a while. Owned by Dr. Andrew Luccio and Dr. William Herr, Capron Park Dental boasts a staff of clinicians, hygienists, dental assistants, and scheduling coordinators that is as experienced as they are friendly. After the X-ray portion of my visit, I met with Dr. Luccio who offer me a handshake, a smile, and what is arguably the most comprehensive dental exam I’ve had in ages. This wasn’t one of those brief, cameo appearances that some DDSs make. Dr. Luccio was there the entire visit and even answered all of my questions (e.g., “What is a crossbite?”, “How much should gums recede?") He is, no joke, a really nice guy who took the time to explain everything. Not once did I get the impression that he was trying to pressure me into treatments that I didn’t want. He simply called to attention an issue that needed to be addressed immediately (Darn you, Tooth #31!) and then pointed out some “down the road” concerns that we should simply keep an eye one. (Who knew old fillings could be leaky?) Again, today’s initial visit to Capron Park Dental could not have been a more pleasurable experience. I’m actually looking forward to going in for a cleaning soon with AHY3 (aka Carolyn).

My name is Madison. I am 8 years old. My daddy is helping me write this review. We went there for my bi-annual cleaning. Heather was my Hygienist. When she cleans my teeth with those metal tools, she is always careful and makes it so it doesn’t hurt. She is very gentle and always takes the time to explain the procedure to me so I won’t be scared. She helps teach me to properly brush my teeth, and takes the time to show me proper brushing and flossing techniques. She lets me pick out my favorite flavor tooth polish and she even lets me pick out my own toothbrush at the end. When I leave the dentist office my mouth feels great. Heather even lets me pick out my own prize out of the treasure chest. Heather is the BEST hygienist in the world and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

I just want to take this time to thank dr nelson for the beautiful crowns she has just completed on me. I walked into her state of the art dental office and sat in her dental chair and was draped with a warm blanket and a pillow only to have a painless experience of having new temporary crowns placed that were hand carved to perfection I left their feeling like a movie star only to have my friends compliment me every day not believing these were only temporary . She said "wait till u see the permanent ones " and she was right . I went back 3 weeks later and I now have a HOLLYWOOD smile that only a person would dream of having and couldnt be happier and more thankful . Thank you dr nelson for professional and artful talent ,

I was taken in for my appointment in a timely fashion. The examining room was bright, clean and very well organized. The hygienist(s) were very pleasant and informative and worked efficiently to make me comfortable and aware of the plan and timeline for the appointment. Dr Herr proceeded through the long appointment as if I was his only patient that day. He explained each step and worked very well in tandem with his hygienist which resulted in a very smooth procedure. Having been to several dentists in my life, I found Dr Herr to have a very gentle touch and I felt no pain in the 90 minutes it took to complete the procedure. I would recommend Dr Herr and the staff at Capron Park Dental to anyone in need of dental care.

I was a lifelong patient of a dentist in Attleboro who recently retired and sold his practice to a franchise. I met with Dr. Luccio today for the first time. He took the time to explain everything to me and he seemed very knowledgeable. He didnt rush me at all and he made sure all my questions were answered. As a CPA in the area, I meet many small business owners. Im so happy to have found a new dentist who is also a small business owner and has a real stake in making his practice successful. Thats where you get the best customer care. I had a great experience. Jessica at the front desk was also incredibly kind and helpful both over the phone and in person.

I came here after seeing so many wonderful reviews for this practice and I am so glad I did! The office is bright and clean. Everyone was very welcoming! Colleen and Dr. Herr were awesome and very friendly! Dr. Herr was very personable and easy to talk to! He explained everything clearly and I felt very relaxed! They were also able to get me in for a cleaning with Shannon! Shes did a wonderful job and is very thorough! The front office staff-Lisa and Dacia- even offered to contact my insurance to verify my benefits which most offices do not do! I highly recommend this practice to all! You will not be disappointed!

This staff at capron park dental are fastatic. They are very welcoming and make my experience at the Dentist awesome. Ive always had a fear of going to the dentist, but coming here I do not have that fear anymore because of how comfortable they make me feel. My whole family goes to the this dentist office and we love it! I highly recommend them; I guarantee when you walk out the door you will be happy with your visit.

I can say enough about the doctor and staff at capron park dental. My front crown came out on Friday afternoon. I called the office to let them know that it came out. thinking that they wont be able to get me in till Monday. But to my surprise they made a opening for me. Happy to say from the time my tooth fell out and put back in was less then an hour. I highly recommend capron park Dental. Thank you so much

This was my first visit. Im very happy my experience here and glad I chose Nelson Dental. Im new to the area, so my decision to come here was based off of your website for dentists in my area. Im also very happy to be supporting a women-owned, small business in my town. Dr. Nelson made me feel comfortable and made sure to educate me on all parts of my dental exam. Excellent experience with Dr. Luccio, Heather and the entire office staff. I had my baby with me, and everyone was SO accommodating and welcoming. The practice is modern, so appointments were made via email and reminders via text message -- I love that. And of course, my teeth are very clean :) Tip: there are five off street parking spaces just past the office. Highly recommend!

I have struggled with going to the dentist for many years. Unfortunately I broke a tooth recently and was at a loss as to what to do. My sister suggested I call Captain Park dental. They gave me an immediate appointment and took the time to work with my concerns. One month later I have had three appointments and no issues. I can not say enough about the kind staff.
