My son is 3 and at home he makes me chase him and put work in to get his teeth brushed.. But this place was fantastic. Judy is his hygienist and she is the sweetest most caring person. She makes it fun for him and she makes him feel so special and teaches him about his teeth. She has made it a lot easier on me to get him to brush his teeth because after his visit he understands more and wants to brush his teeth. The actual dentist himself was awesome with my son also and seems so genuine and really likes what he does for a job!!The people at the desk are super sweet and very helpful... Thank god for places like this these days... A dentist visit could be so difficult but they truely made it an enjoyable experience every time.. Thank you everyone there!!!

Overall its a great place. But, a certain receptionist, whose first name starts with an "M" is very rude and unprofessional. I called to cancelled my sons appointment and she had to guts to question me and remind me how many times Ive supposedly cancelled an appointment. First of all, I cant control it if something WAYYYY more important were to pop up in life and I have to cancel. Its called life. Things happen. It really boils my blood every time I think about the way she was so unprofessional on the phone. Ill NEVER recommended even my worst enemy to take their child there. That is all.

This was our first sealants appointment and I cant say enough about how smoothly it went! The front office staff was professional and courteous, as always, and we were called in for our appointment right on time. The dentist and hygienist put our daughter at ease right away and managed to make the whole procedure painless and quick. We love Lowell Dentistry for Children!

Horrible place DO Not go there they sent me a letter stating it would be better if i found another dentist office for my children and it was because of a missed appointment they suck rude people that answer the phone thats if they dont put you on hold for like half hour i took my business else where !!! And i will tell all my friends to never go here !!!

This place is awesome. We took Alex for cleaning and he loves this place. The staff is very friendly and kept Alex entertained the whole process. I would recommend anyone whos looking for a Dentist office for their children you wont be disappointed.
