I saw Dr. Jim at Dr. Dental in Billerica for two fillings and a crown replacement. Dr. Jim is very skillful and knowledgable. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, and Dr. Jim is the first dentist to go through every step with me and explain what he is doing and what my options were for my treatment plan. Both procedures went by quickly and smoothly. I currently have a temporary crown and will return for the final crown. I was surprised by the result as the temporary crown Dr. Jim made looks better than the original crown I had removed. I am very pleased with the results and I am excited to complete my treatment plan. I have a few more procedures to do, but I am not nervous at all because I trust Dr. Jim very much. He is a caring, mindful, and understanding dentist, as well as the most skillful dentist that has ever worked on me.

I called Dr. Dental to fix a broken filling since my regular dentist was closed because it was Friday. Dr. Dental was able to squeeze me in with very little wait. The staff and especially the Dentist were very professional, friendly and the office was bright and new. I had such a wonderful experience, I even booked my next cleaning with them. Now to cancel the appointment with my previous dentist but I guess that will have to wait until Monday since their closed ;)

Dr. Dental has Saturday hours which is very convenient. I was seen right away & given a print out of what work was needed so I could see cost ahead of time. They also have a payment plan which is also very convenient.
