I would not recommend anyone ever using this Dentist! The previous ownership was fantastic, but since Dr. Lepine took over the practice, the service has been terrible to say the least. I was quoted a treatment plan by an associate/Dentist in the office and Dr. Lepine will not honor the quote for his own selfish reasons. This history is that I had a bridge installed in 2014 at 508 Dentist. The bridge has some imperfections/cracks and I am concerned that it will crack even more after my warranty is up. I brought this up many times and the dentist I was working with assured me that they would cover it under warranty and he put it in writing on the treatment plan. I went to start the treatment the other day and Dr. Lepine denied the warranty. What is interesting is that when I met with him earlier this year, he was well aware of my disappointment with the bridge and offered to reduce the price of a very expensive and invasive procedure to install implants and bone grafting. I could not afford this procedure so I opted to exercise the replacement of the bridge as it was under warranty. Once he realized that I wanted the bridge replaced instead of the Implants, he changed his story and said that he WILL NOT warrant the work. To add insult to injury, I took time off of work to start the plan as I had the plan approved by my insurance and the dentist that I was working with at 508 Dentist. He did not have any compassion for my situation and basically left me with No options but to leave in anger. You would think that a professional running a business would communicate with his associates before wasting their patients time. My wife and I are now moving to a different dentist. This would have never happened when the practice was owned by Dr. Vigorito. Please help me spread the word so innocent patients do not endure the hardships I have experienced. I tried to give the "0" stars, but Google does not allow this for some reason.

THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE THEY DID NOT SAY THEY WERE OUT OF DENTAL NETWORK OFFICE AND THEY DID NOT REMIND ME OF COPAY W HEN I HAD MY TOOTH EXTRACTED BY DR LEPINE HE LEFT ME IN CHAIR FOUND OUT I DI NOT PAY FIRST AND THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AND TRIED DOUBLE BILLING ME WITH INSURANCE PAYMENT THE WORST OFFICE AND NOT OFFICE AND HE STEALS AND TRYS TO CHARGE TWICE FOR INSURANCE PAYMENT DENTAL PATIENTS BEWARE THERE ARE BETTER AND MORE DENTISTS OFFICES OUT THERE THAT WONT TREAT YOU LIKE THAT HE IS ONE MEAN DISHONEST DENTIST LAUGH HE COULD NOT WAIT A WEEK FOR INSURANCE MONEY SO HE TRIED TO GET IT FROM ME FIRST THATS DOUBLE BILLING AND ILLEGAL. STAY CLEAR OF 508 DENTIST. THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME MONEY BACK IF I DIDNT FIND OUT.

This facility is beautiful and most importantly, my children are actually comfortable going to the dentist. Having had terrible experiences as a young child, it was most important that I found a practice that encouraged my children to not fear regular checkups. Dr Lepine and everyone over at 508 Dentist is amazing at what they do! They are friendly, honest, and perfectionist with the work they do. Came to this office specifically for cosmetic work since the dentist I was seeing did not do any. I now have booked cleanings with Dr Lepine, and will continue to see him as my regular dentist! I also live in Narragansett, RI and drive an hour into North Attleboro to this office, thats how awesome they are! Keep up the good work guys and thank you for my beautiful smile :)

However, as soon as I walked through the doors I was reassured by the staff through their professionalism and care.
