BEWARE......,,,,switch and bate.... they advertised a 49.00 teeth eval and cleaning.... once the dentist looked at me, he gave me this B.S. switch that i NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING FOR 560.00,,, I told his assistant I was not paying that, and that I wanted what they advertised , the 49.00 cleaning,,, I got what I paid for, a face full of water that was tripping down my neck, and left with half the tarter still on my teeth,, I called back to complain and they told me sorry,,, I should have gotten the deep cleaning ....LOL What a bunch of jokesters........ be careful......I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE,,,, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A DENTAL HYGIENIST,,, THE dentist who wanted 560.00 was the one that cleaned my teeth,,,,,,,

As soon as I walked in the receptionist gave me attitude cuz I didnt want to sign a paper before seeing the dentist. The dental assistant didnt even know how to floss my teeth I had to show her how and I should not have to do that if I am not getting paid she also kept putting the tube so far down my throat I kept gaging and she did nothing to correct her self. I was informed that I was going to need surgery and I wanted someone to sit down with me to go over it but the receptionist looked at me like I was stupid and said just add everything up and thats your answer. Im paying for this service in cash I have the right to know exactly what Im paying for.

Had my second visit to the clinic, and it was much of the same as the first: courteous, helpful & friendly reception by front desk staff, outstanding professional treatment by Dr. Suzuki & his assistant! I had breakfast with my sister & brother this morning, and enthusiastically recommended Sol Dental to them. I look forward to my next visit ... I know I will be received with smiles & friendly greetings, and treated by the best professionals! Arigato, Gracias, Merci, & Grazi!!!

This was my second time being treated at Sol Dental. While I understand that there would probably be a shortage of staff, I dont understand why I was kept in the chair for up to a half hour waiting for my teeth to be cleaned while others who signed in after me were finished earlier. The staff is great as well as the hygienist, and Dr. Suzuki is very nice and patient-friendly. But, I would expect to be done and out by 3:30 for a 2:30 appointment instead of 5:00.

Went for x-rays and to see what kind of work needs to be done. It was a special with x-rays and cleaning, except if you need major cleaning which I did and so just x-rays and quick consult. Got half-fast consult (really didnt tell me much past i need deep cleaning) and was told I can get the x-rays emailed to me just let the front desk know. I let them know, they confirmed my email and told me it would be sent the following day. Which was a week ago.

Sol dental staff has been all really helpful, informative and friendly. They will definitely take the time to explain things clearly and they are all awesome people here. Theres two xboxes for kids here, television for you to watch while you get your cleaning and whatnot plus there are some cool movies that are usually playing. Definitely give them a try and you wont regret it.

I have been going to Sol Dental for a while now and I have always had a wonderful experience. Not only does everyone give you excellent customer service, but all the dentists are thorough and make sure they give you the best possible treatment. I highly recommend Sol Dental where you will be leaving happy with healthier teeth.

Had a great visit, went in for a root canal a bit nervous of course but Dr. Parsa was very educational and gentle when performing the procedure. I have recommended my friends and family to give em a call for any of their dental needs! Not to mention ive never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting area. :)

The receptionists and the staff were rude. Not helpful at all and impatient. When the receptionist scheduled my next appointment, she didnt even ask my availability, but just gave me a time. Very unprofessional. The only 2 people that were nice were the doctor and the lady who did the cleaning.

There was such a short wait time front staff was super helpful and kind. It was my first time getting a root canal and I was beyond nervous. Dr. Parsa kept making sure I was doing okay every step of the way and made it such a good experience. Definitely coming back!
