Update: They are currently under investigation by the dental licensing board for refusing to provide records. They have also refused to communicate with the insurance company or comply with their arbitration. Something seriously shady is going on here. Stay away!!!!! I went to Clear Creek Dental for a couple of years and was happy. I moved away, and moved back. A crown they put in broke after 3 years so I asked about getting it fixed at a free or reduced cost. They said I had to come in so they could look at it to decide. I came in and the receptionist told me they would charge me the full amount. The dentist looked at the crown and noticed I had a cracked filling as well. I said it had been that way for a long time. She said I was "full of crap". I am not even kidding, that is an exact quote and walked out. She had the receptionist come back and ask me to leave. I have never been treated so badly at a professional establishment in my life. I was literally in disbelief. It is especially sad after a reasonably long and positive relationship. They even had the gall to bill my insurance for it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for over four years. I have had significant dental work done so I was very particular with whom I would let work on me. I made the perfect choice! Dr. Waters and her staff start by asking questions and listening to the answers. They explain each procedure and make appropriate recommendations. I just left the office today from a routine cleaning and my hygienist was Nicole. She was outstanding; very thorough and personable. In the past I have had hygienist Mary and I also found her to be professional and personable. After each cleaning Dr. Waters has always taken the time to thoroughly review my xrays and teeth and to make sure I felt listened to and taken care of. At every opportunity I will refer Dr. Waters.

My husband, daughter and I have had the WORST experience at Dr. Waters practice. We just switched to this Dr. after due to previous Dr retiring having been seen by 2 other prominent dentists for 20 years and never been treated so poorly as we have at this office. The service is very poor and when we questioned the bill was told "if you dont want to pay then it will be sent to collection agency!" it seems they do procedures that are absolutely not necessary and it is more a business than a service oriented practice. For example both my husband and I NEVER had to pay for cleaning and in a span of less than six months weve had a bill of over $300 beside what the insurance already paid for, it is unbelievable. Dont pick this office..."

Merely average dental care and terrible customer service... Ive never had an issue with a dentist or doctor in my life; and Ive never paid out of pocket for a routine dental cleaning, until I went here. I was threatened with my bill being sent to collections and wound up paying about $100 for a routine cleaning and X rays that I dont believe were even necessary. I believe they coded the bill wrong intentionally. In my experience, the office staff/manager was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to work with my insurance company. She just wanted me to pay...regardless of whether the billing and charges were legitimate or not. I do not trust them and will never go back.

I switched dentists in Golden after being mistreated by Burchfields receptionist. I am so glad that one door closed so Dr. Unger Waters door could open! What a pleasant experience! Yes, it was professional from top to bottom, relaxing, informative, thorough--I would even say it was fun. The hygienist was knowledgeable and gentle. The conversation flowed very easily and she did an excellent job. The Dr. even walked me out to the front and sent me on my merry way. Other reviews that state that the Dr. was ice cold are wrong--she must have just been sleepy. This practice is an upstanding example of how a business should be run.

Dr Waters ROCKS! Her staff is so professional, personable and answered all my questions. Their technology is top-notch, theyre always looking for the newest things to make sure their clients are served well. Dr Waters herself is quiet (not to be confused with "cold") but shes patient, even making jokes when the time is right. All the assistants, and the dentist herself, are very gentile and understand that going to the dentist is not peoples favorite thing. Ive been going to Dr Waters since 2004 and would NEVER consider going anywhere else after the wonderful service Ive recieved from her and her staff the past few years.

The hygienists and dentist are awesome, but the receptionist is the rudest person you will ever meet. Barb will hang up on you, tell you she scheduled an appointment for you and ask you to confirm. Even if you dont confirm you will get charged with missing an appointment you didnt schedule! If you call to talk to Dr. Waters personally about Barb and how she treats you, you are told you cant talk to her that you must go through Barb. Evidently Dr. Waters doesnt care according to Barb. Because of this we will no longer use her service, nor will we recommend anyone to them.

We have been using Dr. Waters services for at least 6 years. She and her staff are always friendly and professional. They made a set of dentures for my mother, who has Alzheimers, and were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. The office is very modern, and Dr. Waters seems to keep up to date on new developments in the dental field. We chose and have been very happy with Dr. Waters because she does not practice the kind of assembly line dentistry that seems to be the norm in most other dental offices these days.

Worst dental experience of my 60 yrs! Word of advice to Dr. Jennifer Waters......dont bring your problems into work. I am spending big $ to be in your chair, and I do Not want to hear about how unhappy you are with your sons sports schedule.....especially when you are holding a giant needle above my face!! Front office manager is unfriendly, unkind, and very "shifty". If you all dont like what you do, then why are you doing it? Will never go back, and will never recommend this office.....search elsewhere!

Just a followup, my crown that she did four years ago has failed and I need to pay much more money and go through the physical pain and scheduling hassle of replacing her work. :( I hate to write a negative review, because shes very nice, but I had to go in multiple times because her fillings popped out. My mouth has not felt the same, I have gaps where food gets stuck now, and overall Im stuck with bad dental work because insurance wont cover teeth that theyve already paid to cover :(

I got there early, was the first appointment (8AM) and wasnt in the chair until 8:20 - my time is valuable too. The staff was very nice but the DDS was as cold as an iceberg; it was like doing business with someone that did want to be there! Maybe it was an off Tuesday, but...
