If you go here do NOT SEE DR. JONATHON PARK, apparently he works at Green Family Dental part time but I found out he usually works at PERSHING DENTAL (still in El Paso) so watch out for him. But before I continue, FRONT DESK ARE THE SWEETEST AND VERY HELPFUL! I went here for wisdom tooth pain and they were able to fit me in right away, which was great. I met with Dr. Park, after my xrays he was like no worries well get this taken care of you today. So they told me to come back in about 2 hours, I came back he told me it would be a bit of a difficult procedure, I said that was fine, I understood. After surgery began he was having a hard time taking my wisdom tooth out, obviously this became uncomfortable for me, (especially since a piece a tooth got stuck in my throat) I unconsciously began making soft grunting noises, he stopped and got very frustrated and told me he couldnt continue the procedure (even though he already started) if I kept making noises because I was making him "very uncomfortable" so I stopped making noises. I mustve continued to make him feel uncomfortable because he told me to him that if continued to make him feel uncomfortable that I would have to go to the oral surgeon and pay all that money! ( I mentioned to him before surgery that I hadnt gone to the surgeon because they were waiting to hear back from insurance which was taking 2-3 weeks, and I felt they might be over charging me, i guess he thought it was okay to use this against me during the procedure) I thought that was very disrespectful and borderline threatening. After trying for so long, a little less than an hour, he couldnt do it and he stopped because his light to see inside my mouth ran out, I mentioned to him a piece a tooth was in the back of my throat and that is what hurt a lot too, he said that it was in my head and that if I kept making him feel uncomfortable i would just have to go the oral surgeon, AGAIN he said this to me. While his light charged, he went to help another patient for about 20-30 min or so. He came back, I told him that I actually did get a piece of tooth out that was in my throat and "acted" nice and said it happens but as soon as he started again he got very frustrated because he couldnt get my tooth out. He then was like is this as wide as your mouth can go?! Almost yelling at me, and then opened my mouth even wider (which it couldnt)and then 2 minutes later he gave up. He apologized then, nicely, and said the oral surgeon would have to take out my tooth because he couldnt. I understand to an extent that he wasnt able to tell that he couldnt take out my tooth until he cut me open, even though Ive gotten 2 opinions from other dentists since then saying that he shouldve never done it in the first place. But the fact that we has rude, humiliating and pretty much raised his voice because of a a few noises I made and my mouth wasnt "wide enough" NEVER HAVE I EVER had such a rude dentist. DO NOT GO to him. I went to this place because of the reviews but it didnt work in my favor.

Great Service. I found the Green Family Dental on the internet because I was dissatisfied with our current Dentist. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment right away. I spoke to Vero one of the staff members, who took all my information over the phone. When my husband and I went into the office this morning she told me the price of my husbands visit up front so we had no surprises. My husband was the one that had to see the dentist. I went in with him to meet the Dentist and was treated with great respect. Dr. Kimbal (not sure if I spelled his name correctly), was very friendly and explained 2 options that he could do for my husband. I told him of our experience with our current dentist that we have only been with for 9 months. He understood our fears and told us that we would not experience that kind of treatment with the Green Family Dental Clinic. My husband had to undergo a dental procedure that was explained very thoroughly. My husband was very satisfied with his treatment today. He felt very comfortable. We have decided to not go back to our current dentist and have chosen to stay with the Green Family Dental Clinic. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic. I have already told a family member and he plans to make a appointment as well. The office Staff Vero and Donna, are very friendly and will treat you with great respect. Dont wait. Make your appointment today. Thank you Green Family Dental clinic for getting my husband in right away for his dental problem.

First off, let me tell you how enthralled I am with this dental practice. The level of patient service and comfort go way beyond ANYTHING I could expect and ask for. I have been to other dentists in the city whom I shall not name, that in my opinion, cared more for the "dollar" than their own patients well being. To them, it was a mission to have as many patients as possible scheduled in a day, be late on appointments, being incredibly rough in the mouth, doing a half-ass job and then giving you a ridiculous bill stating more dental procedures needed to be done. Not at Green Family dental. The staff is so superior with their approach and it feels just like it should be: one-to-one. They are active listeners and understand what Im saying or asking. They walk through their procedures and are never annoyed or rude if I ask questions. I feel like a person should - valued, rather than a piggy bank. Dr. Green is a very sweet man. I havent seen him in a while but from what I remember, hes a cool guy. Hll answer any questions you have and tells you to call him, or his staff, if you have any problems or discomfort. I very much enjoy this place very much and recommend to anyone who feels like their current dentist dismisses anything you say or is rude or too rough to try this practice. Professional, courteous, friendly and active listeners. Thats all you need right here. Thank you Dr. Green and to your incredible staff! I dont fear going to the dentist anymore

My wife Christina G. Chose Green Family Dental for her examination and cleaning based on other very positive reviews. Upon examination, she learned that she had some gum disease that fortunately is treatable at Green Family Dental. The staff was very courteous and informative, from the receptionist Jackie and Donna to the treatment staff Maritza. Dr. Green was very good at reasurring my wife about the prognosis of her dental health and took the time to answer all questions. Overall all the staff was well informed and educated my wife and I about all the details of the condition and treatment plan. My wife Christina discussed the condition with me and I was amazed at the large amount of information and medical terms she had been taught in such a short time during her first visit. She was very excited to start working on her dental health, as the staff was very confident in the results of the treatment. Donna and Jackie were extremely helpful and assisted us to apply for a payment plan that meet our needs and took minutes to complete. The experience was excellent and I made an appointment to get an examination myself as a result. We will definetly recommend GREEN Family Dental to our friends and family and come back for all further Dental needs.
