The office staff is great, however, the Dentist is rude, and thats an understatement. He yelled at me when I flinched and I flinched because I have a wisdom that is infected and needs to come out which he was being harsh with. I understand that a dentist has to poke and prod, but I asked him to please be careful on that side multiple times, and the second time I flinched I said ow he tossed his tools to the side and said he was done with me in an angry voice and stormed out of the room. I was upset, and waiting at the reception desk waiting for copies of my XRays so I can get treatment elsewhere when he walked up to the desk and in a harsh loud voice said I recommend her to see an oral surgeon and get put to sleep. Really? Mind you, there is a waiting room full of people who can hear what he is saying. To top it off, as I am waiting, I can clear as day hear him yelling at the other person back there Stop your crying Stay Still etc etc..... He needs to be put in front of a board for his actions and recklessness and he does NOT need to be a dentist anymore, because obviously he hates what he does.

Dr. Armendariz was great with my soon to be 80 year old Mom. She was extremely patient, kind, courteous and compassionate. She explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions without a problem. She works on Mondays only, and she is the one I highly recommend at that location!! The staff is also nice as well.

The Dentist and the staff are excellent and genuinely care about their patients. I was passing through El Paso with a dental emergency and they took me in immediately as if I were a repeat customer. Very good experience!
