The staff is very nice and friendly. They do good cleanings as well! My one concern was first I was told I had gum disease and needed a full deep cleaning and scaling and that I had cavities. Though it was true I had ONE cavity not several like they said. The gum disease diagnose was a lie. I only know this because I could not afford what they were charging me so I went to an affordable dentist who then tells me ," you would be the first 19 year old to have to get a full deep cleaning and your gums look very healthy. You dont have gum disease." No dentist would lie about me not having it. Im very angry that they would do this for obviously money related reasons. I was not within their network so they wanted 900 to almost a thousand dollars for a deep cleaning! My insurance would have covered 80 percent of that so they wanted to almost charge me an outrageous amount for a deep cleaning I did not even need. I only took my business elsewhere due to high prices and them not being in my network. Im pretty pissed that I was lied to and said I needed all these things when all I needed was ONE filing and my wisdom teeth removed to get rid of my teeth pain. Im disappointed because the staff is so nice. But a second opinion from an affordable dentist said I did not have gum disease! Pretty sad that all they wanted was my money and not to cure my pain...

Wow!! This place had horrible service. I called to speak with an actual dentist and Renee the receptionist acted like she owned the whole facility. She said she screens all phone calls and refused to put anyone else on the phone. She hung up on me and told me they were closed when I called when online it clearly states they are open til 7 p.m. The next day I called back to speak with the dentist himself and he didnt even want to hear my complaint about Renee. He made up some story about how she runs the place and has been part of their family business since 1982. Lets just say this locations issues run deeper than with Renee who is great phone call screener! Too bad she wasnt there when I called back to screen that phone call. Do not trust these people!!!

South Kipling Dental Care is by far the best in quality service and customer care. Upon my first visit, the staff made me feel comfortable, explained all procedures ahead of time, made sure I was informed about payment options/ insurance coverage and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It was obvious that these are competent and qualified professionals who are in dentistry because they have a passion for their work. The new technology and tools they are using are fantastic and the new client education was very helpful. Overall, my dental work was thorough, painless and well done. Its important for me to have a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend South Kipling Dental Care as a top notch facility.

South Kipling Dental Care is a phenomenal dentist office! I have been going there for the past two years and every time I go I have a positive experience. I hate dentists, I normally get nervous and defensive about my teeth getting worked on, and every time I go in I have such a good experience. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was so quick and painless. I refer everyone I know who needs a good dentist to them also. This place is so great. I ave major dental trama and they made me feel so comfortable. Once i was in the chair i found out so bad news but i was taken care of. They actually reviewed what i needed and made my appointments to be effective and cost efficient. Whoever has an issue with this place is honestly a person just trying to be mad and be mad about something. I work at a different denial facility and they are better than where i work.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Initially this place seemed awesome! Until it came down to the nitty gritty. They messed up a root canal, then redid it, making it a million times worse, then did an extraction that they said I wouldnt be charged for. After drugging me up for the extraction, they had me sign a paper saying I would pay for it. Dont trust these people with your teeth or your money.

I dont take time to post reviews often, but I have to bc Ive been SO happy here. BEST Dental Practice all the way around! Ive been several times now over the last couple years and every time has been so smooth and easy. Its an extremely well organized, clean and friendly dental office. The receptionists and the assistants are kind, helpful and competent. They do a fabulous job! Dr. Larson is amazing in every way

I hadnt been to the dentist in years due to a couple bad experiences at other dentists. The staff at South Kipling Dental made me feel so comfortable. I have visited quite a few times in the past year and seen every dentist there. They are all phenomenal. My favorite dental assistant is Nicole (but they are all great!) She stayed late on her birthday for me! I highly recommend to anyone!

Very aggressive marketing. They will make unnecessary work to collect money. I had my teeth cleaned here, they brought out a buzzer tool that they would beep in my mouth and claim these were cavities under the surface and need to be "taken care of" at $250 a pop. They were very aggressive at trying to get me to spend large amounts of money.

They definitely cater to cowards - which describes me. Professional staff. Took their time and explained the process. Very nice reception, assistants, hygienist and dentist. Benn coming here for four years, and I drive across town from Aurora. Hands down best dentist and service. Had cleanings, fillings, and root canal. Painless, friendly, and informative of at home care to take care of my teeth. If I could give it six stars I would easily. My wife and I will not look for another dentist period.

Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I went to them because I was having problems with two of my back teeth. My experience was very satisfying because the prior dentist did a crappy job. I will diffently continue to go see them.
