This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been to, and I want to sue them for the additional dental work I have to have done because of their cheap services! I had a tooth that had a filling on it that had partially fallen off and had part of my regular tooth exposed in which the dentist (the bald asian one, not the younger asian) told me at first it didnt need to be treated, and he was going to just "file it down". Well, I told him I was feeling a lot of sensitvity in that area in which he finally treated it, but when he took off the remaining piece, he also chipped a small piece of my neighboring tooth. When he put the new filling on, he didnt cover the entire area he had just exposed, and so when the deadening wore off, I was in severe pain. I had to wait a day and a half to see him again (since this was a Saturday and they were closed Sunday), and he tried to tell me that it was fully covered and he wasnt going to cover it anymore, but it looked a little jagged, so he would file it down. He said to give it a week and come back if it was still bothering me instead of just taking my word and doing all of 20 minutes of work to correct a mistake he did, and since I live in another town, of course I couldnt come back to get it fixed. So what started out as me trying to save money is costing me an arm and a leg extra since I have to go to another dentist and I am making sure I go to a good one this time to avoid this situation from occuring yet again. I would give this dentist a 0 if Google would let me! Only one girl tried to get my tooth seen by the other dentist (since she could visibly see I was in pain), and he said it looked good which I think was a front to save face and not get on bad terms with balding Asian dentist-guy. They tried to say the filling didnt go as high as it did when I know for a fact it did because when he broke off part of my tooth, I could feel it break off all the way to the gum line. I could go on some more, but the gist of it all is dont waste your time with these crooks unless you want to pay to have more treatments done somewhere else!

PULLED WRONG TOOTH!! Worst dental experience anyone in my family has ever had!! My wife came in for an extraction and they PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH!! She pointed out the correct tooth to not only the office manager but also to the dentist however the dentist still pulled the wrong tooth. Now, not only does my wife still have a painful tooth but we have to get an implant to replace the one they did pull. They charged her for two extractions prior to performing them and refused to give a refund not only for the one they pulled incorrectly but also for the one they never pulled at all. They failed to stitch my wife up properly and she is continuing to bleed excessively from the extraction. I went to the office and demanded a refund not only for the services they didnt perform but for the completely botched service as well. They wouldnt give a refund and continually delayed giving their corporate office information to me. Apparently they did that to keep me there longer because they called the cops. After we all spoke with the cops they then offered a partial refund. They know that they were in the wrong and now they are about to get sued not only for the botched service but for future dental costs we will endure to repair the messed up job they did. Save yourself dont go!! Late correction: I must correct an earlier part of this review. The dentist never, I repeat NEVER checked with my wife about the correct tooth to be pulled apparently she took her office managers word for it but never decided to check with the patient. Thats why were suing for malpractice.

Several of the x-rays taken had to be taken a second time because they didnt come out. The staff knew there was a problem with the machine. So I was UNNECESSARILY EXPOSED TO X-RAYS because they didnt maintain their machine. On the wall, there was a notice that basically told the staff to push RCT as a service. The top of my tooth had broken off. So they said I needed a crown and I should go ahead and get a Root Canal Treatment as well as a preventive measure. Hmmm. I decided to opt for a second opinion. When it came time to have my teeth cleaned, instead of a dental hygienist spending 20 minutes on me, the dentist spent about a minute or two quickly using an ultrasonic device on my gumline. I didnt get the sense of quality care compared to other dentists I have visited. They may be cheap, but I get the feeling they push unneeded services and dont provide anywhere near the level of care I am used to. Also, the office staff behavior seemed unprofessional and inattentive. They wanted to joke around.

I set a "consultation" appt up for 11/21/16. I informed them I had already used my "two consultations (insurance)" for the year. I was told, not a problem, would be charged $29 for for exam, x-rays and consultation. GREAT! I made the appt and when I arrived, I was informed since I had already used my two consultations I would need to pay $54 (we HAD this conversation BEFORE I made my appt). Upon debate of the $29 and previous discussion stating ONLY $29 I was told my choices were: Pay the $54 and use my insurance for any further services, OR I could use their "No Insurance" option and pay $29 for exam, x-rays and consultations BUT if I use the no insurance option I would NOT be able to use any of my insurance coverage for any other services. REALLY? I thought if this is how they do business they will not have any of my business. Imagine, if there were any issues with actual service(s). I walked away from this place!

I want to thank Jefferson Dental Clinics and specially the one on Spring Valley Rd. My tooth was hurting for at least a week now, I walked in to office without calling to schedule an appointment. The lady at the window was really friendly and offered me to see the dentist the same day. I had to wait some time before they called my name but once they did I felt so much better because the nurse who helped me was over the top. I dont have much experience with doctors because like most of us I am not a fan of them but they made me feel comfortable. The financial lady was professional but human too. I did some of my dental work and definitely will bring my family to do theirs, my coworker referred me to them and now I will too. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! :-) I recommend this place.

Called a few days ago regarding a wisdom tooth thats been killing me for a week or so and they got me an appointment for this morning. Not only do they have amazing payment options for people without insurance (including myself), everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants and the dentist herself were warm, patient and very pleasant to work with. To make things even better, despite my wisdom tooth being very crooked and hitting the tooth in front of it, the actual extraction was done in a few short minutes and I didnt feel a thing. I have a long list of dental issues that I have neglected over the years and I absolutely plan to take care of them here.
