Dr. Bushey and her whole staff are great! Everyone there is professional, courteous and very friendly! My whole family (wife and 2 kids) have been going to her for the last several years and the have performed everything from a routine check-up to crowns. What I appreciate the most is that everyone there remembers your conversations, so the small talk isnt a simple formality, but also a genuine interest about you and family. The amazing part is they bring up the same conversation even though 4-6 month has elapsed since the last visit! In addition, what exceeded my expectations was when I had a tooth chipped (bottom molar) and neglected to have it taken care of for several months. It was chipped almost down to the nerve and the issue was compounded because the tooth was starting to go soft (the way it was chipped fluid would get trapped on top of the tooth). Dr. Bushey analyzed it and gave me options...one of them was my worse fear - root canal. I asked if we could go for the crown first, but she warned me that it may not fix it. We proceeded with this option and she elegantly navigated around the tooth and crowned it (its a 2 step process, I think I had a temp in for several days). This was over 6 months ago and the crown (and tooth pain) are looking and feeling great! I would without any reservation recommend The Plano Dentist to any one looking for a new dental office or perhaps looking to get a second opinion about services or procedures.

The Plano Dentist provides a wonderful experience for something that can be quite stressful for many people. Dr. Bushey and her staff are honest and knowledgeable while explaining all of your treatment options so that you can be confident that you are making an informed decision about your care. Every member of the staff is extremely kind and welcoming, from the moment you step through the door and all the way through your time in the chair. Their billing is transparent and theyve always been patient and understanding when working through that process. Ive worked with several different hygienists, and all of them have been exceptional, from their finesse with the instruments to our banter during the appointment. In the past Ive dreaded going to the dentist, but The Plano Dentist has made it more akin to getting some maintenance done while chatting with some friends than the stressful ordeal I was accustomed to. I have and will continue to recommend them to my coworkers and friends.

I had an incredible experience as a first time patient! I put off seeing the dentist longer than I should have and it wasnt until I had a dental emergency that I called the Plano Dentist office. Angela, who scheduled my appointment was kind and patient with me. I will be forever grateful to her for getting me in so quickly. Once there, they were able to determine that I would need a root canal and crown. Scary words for someone that has avoided the dentist but Dr. Bushey talked me through the process and eased my concerns. Veronica referred and scheduled an appointment to an Endodontist for the very next day! After my pain free experience that morning I returned to Dr. Bushey and Leah for my temporary crown and again 2 weeks later for my permanent crown. PAIN FREE! I am overwhelmed with the attention and care that I received from Dr. Bushey, Leah, Angela and Veronica. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Bushey and her staff are great! I recently went to an appointment along with my 3 year old daughter. The hygenist, Brittany, took the time to show her how each of the tools worked and even let her operate the suction hose to suck up a cup of water. She loved it! This kind of hands-on treatment really helps alleviate the anxiety that kids might have going into the appointment. While The Plano Dentist is great for kids, it is just as good for adults. The office is always clean and all of the staff are very friendly. I have never had to wait long to get in the chair for each appointment. Each exam room has a TV for you to watch if you would like. I have been a patient at The Plano Dentist since 2007 (I think) and I have seen dentists and hygienists come and go, but the service has always been very good. I would recommend Dr. Bushey to friends and family as well as you, the internet strangers of the world.

Ive been going to The Plano Dentist for a little over four years. Ive never had a bad experience, nor have I waited more than a few minutes for my appointment; they always been on time. When ive needed work done, Dr. Bushey used a video cam to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and clearly explained what my options were. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and I didnt feel any pressure or upselling. I certainly am not going to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but I dont dread going to the Dr. Bushey either... They make it as comfortable and as painless as possible!

Dr. Johanna Bushey and her staff are the absolute best, from the moment you are greeted by Pam or Michelle at the front desk, to having Brittany work her magic on your teeth!! They are patient in explaining any of your questions, concerns and always greet you with a smile. They must secretly have your photo next to your name somewhere :) I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes for my appointment and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Dr. Bushey and her team are the best! She is always so gental and accommodating. The needs of her patients are her number 1 priority; not like those corporate dental offices that are just out to get your money. If you have any dental needs, I recommend going to see this sweet, kind, and wonderfully bubbly dentist. She will always treat you as if you are her one and only patient. I couldnt ask for a better dentist!

I needed a dentist quick! I Googled "emergency dental". The Plano Dentist came up. I called and they got me in the very next morning. This office and the staff is wonderrful. They sure do take care of you. So for some random place I found on Google, I was very impressed. This place was a bit out of my way from home and work, but well worth it! Glad I found a reliable and down to earth dentist!

This is by far the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. Everyone there is so warm, friendly, and caring. Many healthcare providers will treat me differently when I tell them I dont have insurance, but they were still so friendly and worked with me. I am so glad my surgery was with them. Dr. Munilla even called me earlier just to see how I was feeling. They are good people. :)
