So far, Dr. Chang and his staff are without a doubt, the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. What I really appreciated was that, while Im obviously not a dentist, I would still like things explained to me so that I understand whats happening as well as the recommended course of treatment. Dr. Chang, as well as the hygienist, Misty, both took the time to patiently explain everything to me. The other thing was that they, including the front office staff, helped me schedule appointments taking into account priority/severity while making best use out of my insurance plan. My experience so far has been in stark contrast to my *old* dentist who would basically tell you everything you needed to get done, and then tell you to schedule it yourself with the front desk - and the guy was in and out of there typically in 5 minutes. Honestly, the only downside is that Waterview is the location, my old dentist was 5 minutes fro my office while Dr. Chang is about a 30 minute drive from home but its more than worth it though in my opinion. I cant say that I particularly enjoy going to the dentist - "dread" is most like it, but so far Im glad that so far my experience here has been very positive.

Dr. CHANG and his staff have created a first-class, excellent dental practice. Dr. Chang obviously values technology and you can see it in all aspects of his practice. Brenda, at the front desk is professional, efficient and friendly, accommodating my needs and working me in to fit my needs and schedule. Dr. Chang and his staff care about their patients oral health and this is reflected in the entire patient experience. It is hard to imagine being in better hands. I am sold on this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Chang and his entire staff to anyone looking for superb dental care with a practice that uses the latest technologies to deliver a top dental experience.

I love my dentist: Dr. Bill Chang. He is the most patient dentist Ive ever seen. He provides not only the best dental treatments but also the heart to be in your situation and be very understandable. The parking is really easy when you visit Waterview Dentistry. You can easily find a parking space near the front door. In additional to the inviting and family friendly waiting room, the Waterview staffs are super nice and treat the patients professionally. Overall, I love the best dentist Ive ever met and his Waterview Dentistry.

Dr. Chang and his staff are amazing! I no longer dread having dental work done now that I go to his practice. They make sure I am comfortable, display my xrays for me on a large screen, explain everything thoroughly and they even play a movie of my choice during my procedure (which is a great distraction and puts me at ease). Dr. Chang is also the first dentist who has drilled my teeth without that awful burning smell that always made me sick. He is a great dentist who really knows his stuff!

I was nervous about going to the dentist, because I hadnt been in while. Dr. Chang was absolutely amazing, he takes the time to sit down and help you understand everything going on with your mouth and how it relates to the rest of your body. Misty was phenomenal in making me feel 100% comfortable. The whole entire staff was just outstanding in making sure I felt comfortable and reassuring we could work everything out. Waterview will definitely always be my place for dentistry.

Dr. Chang and the rest of the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and made my visit one of the best dental experiences Ive ever had! He took his time to explain the process to me and gave me the "why". The prices are also fair and they have all type of payment options. Dr. Chang is now in the process of fixing issues ive had from using other dental services that obviously know nothing about quality work. I am now a life long customer. I highly recommend these guys.

I had not been to the dentist for far too long, because of a bad experience with another practice. Dr. Chang and his hygienist, Adrienne, were friendly, sensitive to my needs, and very gentle. Brenda, the office manager, was kind and informative. She patiently went over my treatment plan and payment options and got me scheduled for my next visit. I appreciate everyone in Dr. Changs office for making my experience so pleasant. I promise not to miss dental cleanings again!

Dr. Chang and his staff at Waterview take dentistry to the next level. I have seen Dr. Chang the last two times that I have been to a dentist, and I am confidant that I have found my dentist for life. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and always spends the time to make sure I am educated on the given procedure or my continuing care. On top of that, I have never had to wait before being seen! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Top notch across the board.

Great dental office with a welcoming staff and awesome dentist Dr. Chang! I booked an appointment for a dental cleaning and I didnt know what to expect. The process was very smooth and relaxing unlike other dental offices. The atmosphere in the office makes you feel like you are going for a spa treatment. I was impressed with how thorough Dr. Chang was with my diagnosis and it was the follow up after treatment that made me want to give them a five star review!

Dr. Chang and his dental team are phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. My daughter was able to relax and watch TV during her dental treatment. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Chang for taking the time to explain and confirm my daughters dental options! She had a beautiful SMILE at prom!! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chang to anyone.

Dr. Chang and his staff are so amazing! I drive all the way from White Rock Lake area to see them. They make me feel so comfortable, which is not easy to do at the dentist. Everyone is compassionate and gentle. Dr. Chang explains everything to where it makes sense and genuinely cares about your well being. If you are looking for a new dentist, you will not be disappointed.

Dr Chang always takes time to explain what is going on with your teeth in terms of science. Ive encountered too many Dentists who appear to be more interested in sales. Dr Chang rocks. The hygienests and assistants are also top notch. P.S. I choose to drive 45 minutes each way to Waterview, passing hundreds of others on the way.

Dr. Chang and the office staff are awesome. Moved to the area and read the good reviews, so chose Waterview as my dentist. My mom and I both have gone here for regular checkups and other work (crown, cavity) and everything is great. Very friendly and professional and his work is great. Highly recommend!
