I, the parent, got to experience Kool Smiles first hand. I had severe pain and swelling due to my wisdom tooth erupting on Sunday so, FIRST thing Monday morning at exactly 7:46 A.M., I called Kool Smiles just to check their hours of operation and to my surprise...someone actually answered and scheduled an appt for 9:00 A.M.! I was in AWE! :o When I arrived the receptioist was very plesant. Considering the fact that I was the patient, when I was taken back she kindly offered to have my kids color besides her until Grandma arrived to look after them. She was so nice my kids didnt mind one bit! When I was taken back by Edwin, the dentist asst., I really appreciated the fact that he took his time explaining everything before hand. He was really professional and patient with me. He really took into consideration that was in severe pain and worked really fast and diligently to take my x-rays. He and Dr. T. made a great team! They both worked quickly to identify the problem and came to a quick resolution. I have to go back to see Dr. T. at another location to have the tooth extracted but, I was impressed when Dr. T. actually took the time to schedule the appt for me. I have to take antibiotics before anything can be done, but Dr. T assured me, that if the pain was truly unbareable to simply come back. (Thankfully, the pain medication he prescribed has worked like a charm!) I also wanted to "Hi-Five" the Office Manager, Veronica when she told me how much I had to pay. :) She also gave me my estimate for my tooth extraction! When we have emergencies like this, especially dental, one cant help but wonder which kidney to sell in order to pay for these expenses. But thankfully, my visit is going to cost less than what it costs to get my nails done at the salon! You have no idea how grateful I am! If you have ever experiened this type of pain, you know exactly what I mean! They took me in right away and treated my children and I like family. :) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Kool Smiles! You all are more than Kool! Youre AMAZING!

I took my daughters in for dental care and was pleased with the checkups they received. The dental hygenists are nice and gentle when brushing, flossing, and doing x-rays. My oldest daughter needed fillings done so I brought her back a few weeks later to get the first two done. The hygenist was nice enough to use the same terminology our previous dentist used to describe the shot, but when the dentist actually did the injection, he did it differently than the other dentist and ended up hurting her. I was unhappy that this had happened that day, but I figured if we needed to come back later, things could be better. I brought her one more time to have fillings done and we had to wait FOREVER! We were told that they only had one dentist employed! He was rougher than the last dentist and had my daughter crying in the chair. At the end of the procedure, he told me that next time I brought her in, maybe I should wait in the waiting area. Over my dead body! He said that my presence was not helping to calm her down, but only causing her to be more distressed. The only time she would calm down was when I stood up so she could see me. You can decide for your self who was causing her the most pain and distress. Ill never go there again.

This place may look like its only for kids, but let me say that this is completely false. I enjoyed my visit here, probably more than the kiddos. The staff was super friendly, even when a customer waiting before me got agitated at having to fill out some forms, the staff was completely respectful and kind. Rosa and Jessica, Bravo! Rosa, the hygienist, was amazing paired alongside Jessica. What a great team! They made sure I understood everything I needed to know and did top notch work on my cleaning and exam. They explained my options for the work I will require, several small fillings, and made sure I understood how to keep my teeth in top shape. The Dentist, I only saw briefly, but she was nice. I expect I shall see more of her this Friday for my fillings and will review that experience then. As for my first impression, I appreciate the staff and their courtesy, as they made my experience more enjoyable than apprehensive. More to follow!

I have been going to Kool Smiles for a couple of years now. I have always been treated like they really care about me. Recently, I had a long wait because there were a lot of patients and only one dentist (bless his heart). During the visit, I met Frank (the dental assistant) who was so awesome, I forgot how long I was there. Frank is truly a professional with a great attitude and a sense of humor (which is rare now a days). By the time I got to see the dentist (who was also wonderful), I had forgotten how long I had been there. If your corporate office gives incentives, I recommend giving Frank something because he truly deserves it. Thank you, Kool Smiles!!! Keep up the good work!!

Ive never left a negative review for an establishment before, but I just got robbed. The only reason I made an appointment with Kool smiles, is because it was the cheapest I could find for the service I needed. Not only did I get the run around trying to make an appointment...I was also lied to about what was going to take place at my appointment. I have to know ahead of time, as Im a nursing mother. After I get my dental work done, low and behold the price out of pocket is TRIPLE what I was told it would be. I would recommend finding a dentist office with a more honest staff. Everyone was polite, but I cant overlook ALL the miscommunication and the loss of my money!

Ive taken my children to other dental offices in town and this is the one Ive loved the most. Not only is their office spacious, clean, and fun for the kids (they have a cool play area), but the staff is also friendly and helpful. The biggest thing for me, however, is that they DO allow one parent to be with the child during any procedures - something not many offices do. My children were all treated with respect, kindness, and they managed to make this a *fun* experience for my 5 year old who is terrified of dental appointments. I will absolutely be taking my kids back and would recommend this dental office to anyone.

My children love coming here. The staff is very friendly, and the scheduling is done efficiently; you dont have to worry about being overbooked or not thoroughly taken care of. We are normally in and out (for routine cleanings) in 45 minutes. And yet, I know my sons are well taken care of. Add to that balloon swords and flowers, and Ill continue to go to this office over others, even though Ive moved to the far east. My boys get so excited to go to the dentist, which is saying something because they hate the doctor!!!!

You would think if you make your apt first thing in the morning that you would actually be seen on time. I arrived 15 mins early. 25 mins after my apt time I am finally taken back to the open area where there are 4 other people being seen by one lady who was going back and forth between the patients. After seeing this I wanted no part of what they were doing. I have since made an apt with another dentist and was seen on time and had a dental assistant all to my self
